We live semi-locally (about 45 min away) but needed to be out of our house for a week while work was being done. We had specific needs because of my elderly mother and our dog - first floor bedroom, first floor bathroom with shower, within an hour from our home (so I could go back and forth), and accepting of pets. Bonus points - a desk to work from, and a comfortable home with all the amenities you'd need for a week. That's exactly what we got - which made the week that much less stressful. And how can you be stressed with the views from the upstairs bedrooms, and beautiful Scituate and Cohasset within minutes?! Hosts were helpful and responsive the whole time. Hopefully I won't need to stay again, but would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a spot in the area.

Angela and her husband Jim were very friendly, sweet helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying at their house in the beautiful quaint beach neighborhood of Warwick. One thing that stood out was the house did not smell like heavy and scents. I am a stage three cancer survivor so I live a nontoxic lifestyle. I liked how the bath towels and the bedding And the furniture did not smell like heavy chemicals/scents for me and my toddlers. The house was clean, beautiful and so cozy. My toddlers had a blast, and it was hard for everyone to leave. 10/10. I’ve traveled the world and I’ve stayed at many Airbnb‘s I loved this house :)

Krista place is very clean and welcoming. It had perfect personal touches. From coffee creamer for our morning coffee, to shower essentials. I find the small personal touches so nice and it is welcoming. Christa offered east check in and extended my check out time with no questions ask. This was a very nice place for a weekend trip and we will def be booking again!

This was one of the greatest Airbnb stays I have had! This house of very continent do the beach. They have chairs and an umbrella for you so you don’t need to pack them. Also there are so many great beaches near by to pick from. This house is beautiful and was perfect for the girls weekend we had planned. We all highly recommend this place and all want to make it our new yearly tradition to stay here!

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bill’s place again. The private beach was amazing. The views were stunning and the outside well well equipped with furniture. The house itself was beautiful. Updated and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could possible need for a gourmet meal. Sometimes when we rent houses, they are poorly equipped. Not this one. It was such a relief. The neighborhood was great and the next door neighbor was very friendly. The area has a lot of restaurants and stores, so everything is close by. Bill was very communicative and quickly responded to any inquiries. He was a great host. Honestly I have nothing bad to say.

Adorable space in a great location. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

We were extremely pleased with Sophia's place. Is was exactly as described. It was the perfect hangout for my wife and our two dogs. A couple of steps off the deck and we are on the beach. The views from the living room were outstanding. Given it's location, close to East Matunuck beach you practically have a private beach for the small condo complex we were in. It is very conveniently located, close to Matunuck Oyster House and close to Wakefield and Naragansett for shoping and additional restaurants. The cottage was well equiped and met all out needs, given we ate most meals in. We would definetly stay here again.

We had the most wonderful relaxing week at Dean's beach house. First of all, the location of the house is just fantastic.. .a stone throw to the beach, the many walking trails at Allen's pond and bayside restaurant. It's also just very short drives to Gooseberry Island, Horseneck beach state reservation and Dartmouth. The beach house itself was very clean and comfortable for the two of us and we felt at home right away. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with all the amenities that we needed. The outdoor patio setup was really cute with hanging LED lights, firepit and grill. Dean was always very responsive and helpful to my queries from booking to checking out. We hope to be back when we are visiting in the vicinity again next time.

We had a great stay! the location is perfect, walking distance to plenty of restaraunts and the beach. We had a quick weekend stay but it had everything we needed. neighbors were nice. house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back!
