By far our favorite place to stay while in Havasu. The home is modern, new, very warm, cozy and inviting not to mention a great backyard with a pool/ Jacuzzi. Such a great place to stay. Love the grage. It’s very clean which is important and our pets were able to join us on our vacation Thank you Daniel it was another great stay at your home for our family. We will definitely be returning

Ryans spot was nice and clean, it’s just as advertised and I’d happily stay here again. Living room is large, Master bed room is huge, second room with 1 bed is big, third room with 4 beds is averaged size. Thank you for opening your home!

Kyle was a great host. Super responsive and helpful. We forgot one of our pups harnesses which has sentimental value. Kyle has agreed to meet us and return it. Not many people are that kind. It was so peaceful and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave. We would definitely recommend his home and would stay again. Thank you Kyle!

My daughter and I had a really nice visit here in Havasu. Ruben was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t get to use the pool, it wasn’t quite warm enough yet, but it was massive and would be great when the temperature is 100’! All in all the home worked out very well. We took advantage of some of Ruben’s recommendations of places to go and we had some amazing food and drinks! Thanks Ruben!

Had an amazing time staying at this airbnb. Checkin and Checkout are very quick and easy. Lovely house and a great location if you plan on going to the lake. I had quite a large group and it was very accommodating. The host is very responsive and is great at answering any questions you have. I definently recommend staying here!

The house was perfect for us. Jennifer was an amazing host and responded very quickly. Location provided quick access to the lake. The long driveway really made it easy for a large boat and truck. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Instructions for everything easy to follow, but anything I needed she was very responsive with communication. The backyard was AMAZING and a very great space for our family to cookout and relax/hangout after the day at the lake!

The home was lovely! We were very comfortable staying there and had all the conveniences we could need. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative. The location was very convenient as well. It was our first time in havasu and using Airbnb, all I can say is wow! Best experience, great location, perfect for my truck and boat. Definitely staying here again! Craig did a fantastic job communicating and helping me with the Airbnb. Thank you again for making our first time unforgettable!

It was a nice place to stay at. Walking distance to restaurants and main Street seemed to have things going on over there. We had an issue and she corrected it immediately. She was great to work with

This was our second stay at this place. As the first time, it didn’t disappoint us. Place was clean, well stocked, and cozy. Us staying there, again, is a proof in itself that the place is great, in a great location. It is only a one bedroom with a fold out sofa, so best for a couple or 3 people. It’s next to Rotary Park and the walkway along the lake shore all the way to the north end of the channel. Highly recommend this place.

First time at Havasu, found the property was centrally located to the most active places and parks. The only thing not it walking distance is the "downtown" area which was only a five minutes drive.

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!
