A canoe, 2 paddle boards and 2 double kayaks included. Shuffleboard, foosball, outdoor Ping-Pong, board games and two person pac-man game, with additional 60 games! towels and linens included! Property is also within 1.2 miles of Oconee Airport, 0.7 miles to a dock, 1.5 miles to the grocery store, and less than 1.3 miles to Y beach public parking (avoid game day traffic if you are coming in for football). Close to everything in Oconee, Pickens and Anderson Counties.

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.
