Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

We absolutely adored this little cottage! It was beautiful inside and out and the perfect distance to all of the things we had planned to do. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We went to Steven’s home on Lake Winnisquam for our daughter’s graduation. The house is direct lake front, stunning panoramic views! The home is beautiful, updated and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked, the washer/dryer convenient on main floor. Gas fireplace chased away coolness of the spring mornings and creates cozy ambiance. Comfy furniture! On the roomy screened porch the furniture is excellent quality. There is a drink fridge and ice maker on the porch for your convenience. The baths and bedrooms were immaculate. We appreciated full size beds. The neighbors are friendly and had a smile when we walked our dog or drove to the house. Great parking spaces, beautiful lawn area with firepit, seating space under the porch, gas grill, private dock, kayaks and more. Lake is pristine. Steven responds very quickly to inquiries and is a top notch host! Great coffee/tea station, thoughtful amenities! Will come again in a heartbeat!

Espectacular. Nuestra estadía fue magnífica, el lugar estuvo muy limpio, contaba con todo lo que había en la descripción, cuando necesite comunicarme con Brian respondió con mucha rapidez, y el lugar es realmente precioso. Perfect place for our Labor Day weekend getaway! Direct access to the water, and accommodated our large group with everything we needed !

We had a lovely time at this place, it’s a bit small but we’ll appointed and you can’t beat the location, right on the river! The views out the back were incredible every day. This didn’t impact us but be aware the upstairs loft area is probably better for children and a tall adult would feel pretty cramped up there. As a rather short crew my family had no problems 😂. Would definitely stay again.

Karen’s home is perfect and so comfortable for a family getaway. We had the most peaceful time in the most beautiful home and setting. Karen is a wonderful host. Thank you for sharing your amazing home.

This was a great spot to relax and recharge for a couple days. Prior to my visit, I stocked up on groceries and did not leave until checkout. It was peaceful to just sit on the deck in the warm weather and watch the ice begin to melt on the river. I would definitely return, even in the winter/early spring as it is a great place to enjoy some quiet and a good view.

We stayed here with our family for our wedding at castle in the clouds and this was the PERFECT location to get ready and relax before and after the wedding. It’s gorgeous, spacious, and Tamara is an absolutely lovely host and helpful when we had any questions. We booked the house across the street from her too for the wedding party and it was so nice to have a quiet family complex!

Our family spent a memorable 4 days at Dimitry's beautiful lake house. The layout of the house on three levels gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. We've rented many homes but none have been as well stocked as this one. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of cleaning supplies, towels and toiletries in the bathrooms as well. Our granddaughter appreciated all the kids games, books, and coloring supplies. The gated upper deck and side yard for the dogs was great. We were lucky enough to have some beautiful weather and spent much of our time playing on the beach, kayaking, and fishing. It was a really great trip and we would definitely rent here again!

We had the best time at Ashely”s cabin on a ski trip with friends . We skied at Waterville and Ragged , visited the ice castles and came back to everything we needed and a warm and cozy home! Kitchen had everything we needed for great meals and we enjoyed the hot tub and the kids had a blast! We will definitely return! Also, Ashley had wonderful recommendations for meals/coffee - especially The Inn for dinner - we had a wonderful trip!

John and Angela were fantastic hosts; they were quick to respond, provided helpful recommendations, and were friendly from the start! The house was clean, cozy, and had BEAUTIFUL views. We felt right at home! Our daughter enjoyed playing with all of the fun toys and stuffed animals, the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and the jacuzzi tub was awesome! I only wish we had stayed longer!

Barbara's place is a real gem. So clean, with a beautiful mix of antique and woodsy modern furniture, and a wonderfully comfortable living area overlooking a meandering brook which a few hundred yards down the road leads to the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern, and beddings and beds were very comfortable. While the house was close too a busy road, we didn't hear a thing, and for summer users the deck is completely away from the road, overlooking the brook. Even more than we expected.

Todd’s home was absolutely phenomenal! He had the kitchen sock with everything we needed for the weekend. Rented the space for a ladies Christian retreat getaway for the weekend and it ended up snowing. Todd had somebody come and plow the driveway for us. The home is beautiful, the view from the room is breathtaking and everything is very clean and organized. Such an amazing house built! Can’t wait to rent this space again! Thank you for everything, Todd!

My family and I ran into a problem and had to book this place last minute. From the beginning, Jesse and Jess was an amazing hosts. They answered my questions quickly and was able to book their place very fast. The stay was better than expected and the location is great! They went above and beyond. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need (and more). 100% would recommend this place!

Beautiful, exactly as advertised, awesome amenities, pictures didn’t do justice to how great it was! Host was very responsive. Loved our stay and can’t wait to be back!

The house is great, beautiful view of Loon Pond, easy to find, a bit close to the road. The inside is like living in a family home. I mean knickknacks and family heirlooms everywhere. Travel books filling bookcases, grandma's handmaid pierced lampshades; it has all the kitchen utensils anyone would ever need, great game room downstairs, lots of water craft in the garage. While our kids are in the flew the coup category, this is an ideal place for middle/high school kids during summer. Gentle shallow slope into Loon Pond, which is really a good-sized lake. Cathy is extraordinarily responsive (IMHO) our example was a brief issue on arrival, she was about to make a long drive to resolve, fortunately it wasn't necessary, fixed itself! Response time was always in minutes We brought our two border collie dogs (they are like family) and outside, needed to keep them on leash due to road proximity. Our visit was late Sept, and we wanted to mostly go hiking, so did not do any water activity.

This lake house lives up to all wonderful reviews it has been given. So comfortable, open , and beautiful scenery. My husband, myself and our dog spent several days enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We saw loons,Canadian geese, mallards, kingfisher, and even an eagle that swooped in for a fish . The house itself has all the comforts of home you could need. We loved the coffee mugs so much that we bought some for home! Also a Nespresso machine may be in our future. Thank you to Danielle and family for creating such a welcoming and serene home.

Gary and Nick were wonderful hosts, extremely accommodating and very communicative and flexible. The surroundings alone were so picturesque , each morning and dawn was like a painting - I’ll be back for sure !

Beautiful setting! We enjoyed coffee on the large covered porch sitting in the swings. We love to cook and the kitchen and open concept space was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We walked the trail along the lake and enjoyed the sunset. the bald eagles were great to see every day too. we also really enjoyed the kayaks. the name mirror lake was very appropriate!

We returned for a second visit to Browyns place. We absolutely love the space and love the host! Any concerns were addressed immediately and she was full of recommendations and very helpful! Even in the snow storm!!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and also feels very relaxing at the same time. The views from the house of the lake literally take your breath away. Ewa is very responsive and kind. She accommodated us in ways she really didn't need to and we appreciated that so much. Wifi is great at this house, if you need to work or have meetings. However, you may have issues with reception (depending on your carrier) in the area so be sure to write down directions before going! Also the street is really just the driveway and it's not marked so be sure to follow GPS to know when you have arrived! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's a great house for 2 families to stay together! And the basement with the pool table and ping pong - wow- what a bonus!!

Super cute home with all the basic necessities. Awesome location, about 10 minutes to town and a gorgeous view of the lake. We stayed off season and came for a wedding so couldn’t enjoy the water but they had great options for water use if you’re going during a better time of year! Clean up at the end of the stay was easy enough and everything was labeled around the house so easy to get the house comfortable for you. This home has everything you need without all the frills so if you are looking for that, this wouldn’t be a great fit! Definitely enjoyed ourselves and all agreed we would stay there again in the future. Thanks again!
