Recently renovated apartment in a 1895 building in Riga center, a stone throw away from Riga Central station, yet quiet and cosy. It has all the facilities for a modern living, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom comes with a comfortable double size bed and large built-in closet. Ideally suited for 2 people, however we could host 3 persons at a time if needed. The amenities are provided. There are many cafes and restaurants around in the area. Reasonably priced parking lot nearby.

WALKING DISTANCE FROM ARENA RIGA The apartment is on the fourth floor of a new, contemporary building in the heart of the city. The building features a beautiful front yard where you can relax and spend some time away from the lively streets. All the popular sights, museums, shops, restaurants and bars are a couple minutes walk. You can also get a bus or a trolleybus at a dedicated stop right next to the building. There is a shopping mall with a large supermarket around the corner.

The apartment is located in a historical 1930's era building, with many of the original historic design elements restored and being maintained. The neighborhood is one of the most central in Riga, and all the main cultural sights are within easy walking distance. There are several grocery stores within the immediate area, as well as diverse offering of restaurants & a shopping center.

A stunning and unique view of Riga center , located in the very center. 2 mn walk from the museums, 5/10mn from the old city and 3 mn from Art Nouveau area. Plenty of shops, fancy restaurants , supermarkets near by. Kitchen has every equipment. Washing machine, iron, baby equipment. No lift and we are 5th floor!! but steps are wide and easy. No party or bachelor party

Stockmann, Forum Cinema, Rail Station, Origo & Galerija shopping malls and Freedom Monument are very near by. Apart equipped with all you might need for comfortable and cozy living. That place certainly will match for couples, for romantic and business trip.
