Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Mit Platz für bis zu 6 Personen lädt es dazu ein, den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen. Eine moderne Küche, stilvoller Wohn-Essbereich und Sony Smart TV lädt für lange Abende ein. Der schnelle Internetzugang gepaart mit Couchtisch oder Lesesesseln ermöglichen Mobile Work & Homeoffice. Parkplatz am Grundstück; Ärzte, Einkäufe und Bahnhof sind 5 Geh-Minuten entfernt.

Es ist ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden und erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen (200m2 +Terrasse+Garten). Der Wohnbereich mit Marmorfußboden und Holzdecke befindet sich im Erdgeschoß; die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt 5 große Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, geheizt wird mit Fußbodenheizung und Solarluft-System.

The house is on a quiet place where we have 4 apartments and 3 glamping little houses. In front is a lawn which you can use for recreation. Place is suitable for couples, couples with small child . It is a good starting point for hiking surrounding Julian Alpss, in the village is begining of cycling trail. Turist tax is 2€ per night per person and it is not included in the price. The apartments are not intended for parties. Night peace is from 10:00pm-7:00am.

Luxury modern kitchen, three double bedrooms all with luxury en-suite, wet room, and underfloor heating. We have a charming wood-burning stove in the lounge and plenty of wood to keep you cosy on a chilly winter evening! We also have full central heating via radiators and underfloor heating. Free parking close by.

Apartment on the upper floor of the house offers 2 rooms (1 with king size bed and a living room with an extendable sofa) that share a common balcony. Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
