Jennifer space was beyond what I had hoped for. It had everything I needed and more. I am so happy that I booked this space. I would love to stay here again.

This place was great to visit DC, and a much cheaper alternative to a hotel. We arrived very late and she was very accommodating. would recommend!

Perfect location in town. Clean and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the snacks and coffee.

We could not be more pleased! The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Don’t let the fact that it’s above a restaurant fool you. The ceilings are high, there is ample space and privacy, and the layout and decor is superb. But the best part of our visit was the incredibly responsive host who answered our questions (even if they were silly) and clearly wanted to ensure our comfort. We will love to come back and are already recommending this rental to friends and family!

Sandy Feet Retreat in Colonial Beach was a great place to take my daughter and the grandkids for a 3 day Spring Break holiday. The condo was beautifully furnished and very well located on the boardwalk. My family loved having access to the beach right outside the condo and spent many hours collecting shells and sea glass. Fishing from the pier was a thrill for my grandson. I enjoyed peaceful mornings on the balcony and evening time there listening to the waves each day. Thank you Brittany for everything you do to assure a lovely stay for your guests.

Stayed here for 5 days while our floors were being refinished. Great place for 2 people who are working from home. Loved the loft where I could getaway and do some yoga. And the sectional sofa was perfect for 2 people to fully lounge and watch TV. We had everything we needed for a longer stay and were very comfortable. Also appreciate that this place is pet friendly and we could bring our cat.

We had a great stay. This place is tucked away and private, but also close to the action- plenty of restaurants, bars, and recreation. Park your car and walk everywhere. Don’t be afraid to bring your dog. This is a great spot for having adventures with your pup or for leaving them in the apartment for a bit. Space was clean and comfortable. Hosts were proactive and accommodating. We hope to come back.

I don’t know if I can express how much I loved our stay at Rich and Yumi’s place. The property is very beautiful, private and very peaceful. We enjoyed fishing and taking in all of the sights and sounds of nature surrounding us. The fire pit area and hot tub were very nice additions to the property. The house was very clean and comfortable. The house was very well stocked. Rich and Yumi pay great attention to detail. We were greeted by a nice welcome basket and card to welcome us. After departing we realized that my daughter had forgotten a few items. Rich was very responsive and helpful in locating the items and arranging to ship them to us. I absolutely fell in love with this place and definitely plan to return in the future. Thank you very much Rich and Yumi for sharing your amazing property with us!

Erin's place fit the 6 of us, plus our dog, very comfortably, and it was great being on the water and in a quiet neighborhood. Erin was a very responsive host and was quick to address any questions and issues that we had.

My wife, 4 year old son and I enjoyed a week at John’s beautiful home on the Patuxent River. The house and property were perfect and the views were amazing every day. The house had everything we needed and we felt right at home. He was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We look forward to staying here again in the summer!

Sophia was so kind. Met our family when we got there and even went the extra mile of making sure we saw this nice beautiful red moon over the water. Just amazing!

We had no issues. The place was nice and clean. It’s a perfect central area between Baltimore and Washington DC.

We had the pleasure of staying here during the winter while we looked for a place to live. It was perfect! Quiet and peaceful yet super close to all restaurants and stores. We had some snowfall and the views were stunning! Once it warmed up we even got to see some wild life in the woods behind us. Lovely huge porch! Lots of space in garden escape. Can bring the entire family and more!!! Nice big driveway for easy turned around. Patrick was beyond responsive for all my questions.Whether is was just informing be as something as simple as an Internet outage in the area or we had one situation with an unsure smell. Patrick acted immediately on the problem and it was resolved within 2 hours from start to finish. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Our stay was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could ever need. The house was clean and well stocked. The extra blankets on all the beds and couch were so comfortable that we ordered ourselves a few for home. The neighborhood was so friendly. Great experience and a wonderful place to stay.
