Offered year round so that our guests can enjoy all that Vermont has to offer such as nearby skiing, changing leaves, hiking and so much more! Guests will enjoy their own private space with access to many amenities such as a full kitchen, private entrance, a queen bed, free WIFI and so much more! Come enjoy all that the Mad River Valley has to offer! Our new construction home is ready for you to relax in with family and friends. The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to Waitsfield.

Just .5 miles off of RT 100, 22 min to Sugarbush, 20 min to Mad River Glen, and 39 min to Stowe Mtn Resort. 13 min to Waitsfield or Waterbury, 23 min to Montpelier, and 43 min to Burlington.

Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier

The Nest Studio

Off a quiet dirt road set up in the mountains, The Nest Studio is a bright and cozy space. Great for couples, the studio has a queen bed with an additional small twin pull out sofa, best for a little one. The newly remodeled Moretown studio is close to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and several wedding venues. Coffee and tea is provided. The Nest has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and tiled shower. Secure bike storage and bike wash are present on the property

The Wolf's Den at Sugarbush Mt. Ellen is a brand new fully equipped custom 1st floor studio apartment at the foot of SUGARBUSH MT ELLEN enjoy the luxurious bedding, and accessories. Also provided is a continental breakfast with a Vermont flair! This property abuts the CATAMOUNT X-C SKI TRAIL!! From here you can walk or bike to many of the Valley's hot spots! Off of German Flats Road. THE VALLEY'S GREATEST LOCATION !!! One well-behaved pet is allowed!
