Dieses 67qm große, renovierte Apartment im echten Loft-Stil befindet sich zwischen Römerbrücke und Karl-Marx-Haus. Die stilvolle Einrichtung mit großer Couch, Relax-Kissen und privatem Whirlpool sorgt für eine entspannte Wohlfühlatmosphäre nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag im schönen Trier. Die Lage ist für City-Besuche optimal: Die Fußgängerzone beginnt in 650m Entfernung. Zu den Kaiserthermen und der Porta Nigra sind es ca. 15-20 Gehminuten. Die Buslinie 1 hält nur 350m entfernt (Barbaraufer).

Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Nice, bright and quiet attic apartment

The upper floor belongs completely to you. There is enough parking space behind the house and parking for motorbikes and bicycles also. The garden in front of and behind the house may be used with pleasure. Our house is in a quiet side street. Nearby is a Rewe - open until 9pm. Directly in front of the house runs the Hochwald bike path and lots of hiking trails. Brochures about the variety of leisure activities are out. The apartment is flooded with light and is located on the 1st floor.

The altitude of the small town of Kastel-Staadt offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. Small library, fireplace and parquet provide comfort. The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Find tranquility in our new and cozy apartment with a sloped roof and air conditioning. In the living room, you will find a comfortable seating area as well as a projector for relaxed hours. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle. The bedroom features solid bio-wood furniture and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom offers a shower and a toilet. Upon request, our pool table can also be used.

Liebevoll eingerichtet finden Sie in der Ferienwohnung alles, um sich nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zu entspannen. Durch die gute Busanbindung erreichen Sie alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der historischen Römerstadt in wenigen Minuten.

Hausboot auf der Mosel

Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
