Very responsive hosts helped with the luggage. Beautiful Villa right on the beach, the stairs were not too bad at 60 and 72 years old we handled it, so can you most likely. Villa was clean with restaurants nearby, we loved it. And again very good host and property management, we would stay there again.

The treehouse was quite special and pretty, and we enjoyed our stay. If you have some adventure spirit and love an out of the box experience this is for you. You are right in the field and your lullaby will be birds singing in the tree, the wind rattling around the house and the leaves, cows in the near by shed, roosters all around, geckos call and some singing from the temple. Saying that we slept amazingly well enjoying the beautiful subrise sky when waling up feeling very close to nature. The beach is rocky and simple, mainly for fishing. The staff super friendly and responsive. We stayed 2 nights and found it a great experience.

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Wir hatten eine wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist einfach fantastisch und bietete alles was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Kadek und Comang, sowie der gesamten Staff waren äußerst hilfsbereit und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und sehr gut versorgt. Vielen Dank auch an Putu, der uns bei all unseren Touren zuverlässig und sehr freundlich unterstützte. Wir hoffen wir können bald wiederkommen.

Stunning cliff side accommodation and hands down one of the most memorable Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The ocean view is breathtaking, the balcony is lovely, the bathroom feels like you’re in a cave! Stunning design with a comfortable room. That being said there are a few things to note Pros: - Honestly one of the most stunning Airbnbs at a pretty affordable price - Location is great with many beaches and restaurants nearby - Good A/C and drinking water dispenser - Porter service was great for luggage Cons: - You need to climb up/down several steep stairs to get to the place which means it’s not the most accessible. - Blinds are very thin which means the room gets really bright early in the morning - you might get the odd visitor 🐸 Nevertheless on the balance it’s an amazing place that we highly recommend!

Spacious villa with a pool. The pool is clean. Each bedroom has en-suite outdoor bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the ACs works well. The living room/kitchen has a portable fan, a small sofa and a dining table. It is not the most ‘cosy’ and well laid-out living room I have been, but it may just work as a place to get family/group to sit down to have a meal together. Going in and out of the villa can be challenging if you bring your own car and you’re not used to drive on a small lane in Bali. Using scooters to go around Melasti/Amed will be much easier. Good Stuff cafe nearby has excellent fresh and delicious food/coffee.

This property is in a stunning location with easy access to an enormous mostly empty beautiful beach with incredible waves. The house is as described - very eco friendly with a wonderful view from the garden and the outside and inside of the properties blending seamlessly. The master bedrooms have en-suite open air enclosed bathrooms which means you are showering next to happy ferns! Airconditioning is great in the rooms and there are so many place to sit and read. The beach hut down the hill with its own small pool was the highlight for our younger teenage son and swimming in the natural pool was wonderful. Spencer is easy to communicate with and lives next door. Staff come in to make you breakfast on the verandah and for an extra cost can make other meals. Spencer was very helpful with advice via what’s app but was never intrusive. His two dogs would pop round to sit on the porch from time to time which we loved. A five star experience for us.

Everything was perfect- just the music of the beach bar next door was sometimes annoying. (But we knew about it) Best location in this area!! Beautiful team! Thank you!!

I wish i was articulate enough to describe this property, this was a surprise for my partners 40th Birthday. When we got there she was totally overwhelmed in what she saw to a point she had tears in her eyes. This accommodation did not disappoint in any area it was amazing. Exactly like the pictures advertised, it was breathtaking. Beautifully furnished attention to detail, stylish and elegant. it was so calming to wake with just the crashing of the waves in the sea to hear and the sounds of nature around you. Along with the most incredible and helpful staff to assist you during the stay made this so perfect. We would just spend hours at night listening to the sea and looking at the stars at night and in the morning greeted by an incredible view and having breakfast cooked for you by the staff. the villa was kept spotless as it was cleaned every morning a fantastic accomadation a fantastic loaction a fantastic set of staff and a fantastic host who simply could not do enough for you.

The hospitality and services are top notch, very grateful to endra and the team for assisting us during our stay. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, fully equipped amenities(plates, cutterly, towel, soap etc) beautiful and breathtaking view. Definitely will come back in the future!

We had an incredible time here. we came for our honeymoon and they made so many personal touches and surprises for us. Wayan is an incredible house manager. Anything you need, he's the man. he arranged a driver, our private chef, and was always very responsive to any request. We would absolutely come back here. Wayan amd Firman, thank you for making it all such a wonderful experience for us.

Stunning villa - 4 large double rooms, amazing views over the sea, and perfect. Local shops and restaurants close by that deliver, and getting around the island is simple enough. Host is very friendly and helpful in organising any aspect of the trip whilst there too - from days out to taxis to get around.

Wow, we really loved our stay at Warren's beautifully designed villa. After staying in busy Ubud for a few nights, it was such a delight to relax in this peaceful home and spend some time at the beach. Warren and his wife cooked us amazing meals and catered to my plant-based diet. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. We highly recommend booking at least one massage during your stay. We ended up booking twice since we enjoyed the first so much! Communication prior, during and after check-out was also very clear and detailed. I accidentally left one of my belongings behind and Warren and the team worked with me to find a solution promptly. I'm forever grateful! Everything was very well organized and considered. Definitely book this place if you get the chance. Thank you Warren, Hyang Mi, Putu, Budi, Komang and the rest of the villa crew!

Wir haben schon viele Unterkünfte gebucht, aber dieses Haus hat uns einfach aus den Socken gehauen, weil wie gemacht für uns. 3 Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer - ein wunderschöner großer nach außen offener Wohnbereich und der eigene Pool haben es abgerundet. Die Hängematte wurde direkt vom Ältesten in Beschlag genommen mit wunderbarer Aussicht aufs Meer. Was aber neben dem Haus erwähnenswert ist, sind die Gastgeber. Vom ersten Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin über die Abstimmung mit dem Team über Ankunft, Frühstückswünsche, Tourenplanung hat alles bestens funktioniert. Da blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Umgebung des Hauses weit weg vom übervölkerten Süden war traumhaft schön, egal ob Tauchen, Wanderungen, Restaurantbesuche & Co - hier konnten wir uns blind auf Koming und Gede verlassen, die Haus und uns betreuten. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und macht einfach Lust auf mehr Bali.

We’re reluctantly leaving this review, but of not fault of Jennifer’s, but for our own selfish reasons..LOL..We fear that if we adequately describe how AMAZING this place is, that it’ll be extremely hard for us to book again in the future. Not only is the property exactly as described, but coupled with the out of this world amazing staff, this place is truly a dream. Now before I run out of characters allotted, I will make mention that the drive/ride from the airport to the villa is about 3 hours, but if you’re willing to accept that, then welcome to PARADISE! Every meal that was prepared was not only delicious, as well as nutritious and FRESH! We felt right at home and welcomed, whether in the villa our out in the community. This trip was our honeymoon, and Bali and Villa Sedang will forever be a part of our love story. Thanks so much Jennifer and staff!

We loved our stay at the villa! It was beautiful, spacious, and only a few minutes walk from the beach and some local shops. The staff were all extremely accommodating and friendly. The only qualm we had was that the nightclub nearby had very loud music that we could hear at all times... Overall an amazing stay!

We all had a wonderful stay with the most beautiful sunsets and views. Being on the ocean was just what we needed. Steep stairs getting to the villa but it was magical.

Starting before checkin till checkout the staff was very helpful via app, and upon arrival. The villa is just amazing. It's super spacious and very comfortable. It really gives you the wow effect when you enter. The location was great and we loved the restaurants nearby. The staff provided everything that we asked for. The cleanliness of the pool and the freshness of the beds didn't please some of us though. The pool was pretty dirty, and some beds were old, giving it a not-so-fresh smell. One of the bedrooms has a window toilet door, and one has a door which is not a proper door, so it's a bit weird for privacy. Other than these, it was impeccable.

Una villa fantastica letteralmente a due passi dal mare. Una volta aperto il portone di legno della villa, si apre uno scenario meraviglioso: due camere con un grande giardino che affacciano direttamente sul mare. L’interno è arredato con molto gusto così come le aree esterne. C’è un piccolo cancello per accedere direttamente alla spiaggia, dove è possibile avere privacy e dove l’acqua è davvero molto bella. Un posto perfetto dove staccare la spina e godersi la bellezza dell’isola. Vicino ci sono molti locali e ristoranti davvero ottimi, oltre a diving center e il porto (a soli 5 minuti di macchina). Lo raccomando al 100%!

Amazing place to stay in Bali! If I could, I would've booked for few more days. Very comfortable and clean bedroom, huge living room space, very nice outdoor kitchen. Environment was also very peaceful, and parking lot was provided. The unit is also very secure, and Raka very responsive. The other staffs (security and gardener) were also very friendly and welcoming. They helped us promptly when we asked for help too! Thankyou for the solid hosting! Will definitely recommend this to my friends!
