E' indipendente, con doppio accesso dall’esterno e con giardino delimitato. Era in origine la limonaia e casetta del giardiniere della proprietà. Villa Poderina è un tipico casolare in pietra rosa arredato in un bellissimo stile country chic, dolcemente adagiato nella riva del fiume Candigliano situato nell’ entroterra marchigiano con una meravigliosa vista panoramica. Incastonata nel giardino, spazioso e molto curato, si trova la bellissima piscina, mentre a pochi metri all'interno della proprietà si accede all'affascinante spiaggia incontaminata del fiume con accesso privato dove è possibile fare bagni rilassanti o percorrere sentieri.
