Herndon Hideout ATV Trail House

Welcome to our Herndon Hideout ATV Trail House! We have a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with a full kitchen in the middle of the Wild & Wonderful West Virginia Mountains. There is plenty of parking for ATV riders and their trailers along with cameras looking at the parking areas. You can literally park your truck, take your ATV's off of the trailer and not have to put them back on until you leave. Trails Nearby: We are in the heart of the Outlaw Trails. Just seconds from the house you can be on the trails. You can be on the Hatfiled and McCoy's Pinnacle Creek, Indian Ridge, Pocahantas and Warrior Trails within 15 minutes or so. All are within riding distance. There is a variety of what type of trails you can find nearby, muddy, rocky, scenic, mountaintop, hill climbs or just smooth and beautiful all around us. Some popular attractions nearby on the trails are the Train Tressels, Beer Can Alley, Flag Rock, and the View. There are also plenty of options for places to stop and eat or get fuel along the way. We will include recommendations in the Welcome binder we have at the house for you. It will include the phone numbers and addresses. We do recommend that you use a satellite GPS to get around as you will NOT have cell service here. Check in Time: 3pm (you will have your own code to get in/out, please be sure to send us a 4 digit code for you to use) - it may be possible to check in early on occassion, it just depends on if we have someone leaving that same day or not. Send us a message to find out. Check Out Time: 10am FIRM *We must have enough time to thoroughly clean before the next guests arrive. Please be courteous of our neighbors. Quiet after 10p Amentitites: Full kitchen: We provide all of your basic kitchen essentials: Pots & Pans, Silverware, Plates, Bowls, Coffee cups, Glasses, Coffee maker, Crockpot, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator. Internet: We have High Speed WiFi available for your use. The network info and password is posted in the house and in the Welcome Book inside of the house. *Note we can not help outages. We do provide the service but there are times when weather may affect service or other issues out of our control. If the internet goes does, we recommend rebooting the modem. If that does not work contact us and we will contact the provider. TV : We provide (2) TV's in the house. One in the Living room, and one in the Master Bedroom. There is no cable hooked up but you can watch Roku TV, or provide your own Netflix or Hulu info to watch that. Washer/Dryer: The house does provide a washer and dryer for guest usage. Please use at your own risk. The owners are not responsible for any damage done including fading, tearing, etc. Bedding/Towels: We provide sheets, blankets, towels, wash clothes, and hand towels for your use. Trash Service –Please make sure to place bagged trash only in the trash bin outside. No loose trash please. Trash collection is every Thursday morning. Coffee Bar- a Coffee pot is provided along with some coffee items, tea, and hot chocolate (seasonally). Please help yourself. Stove/Oven/Microwave/Crockpot: The house does have a Stove/Oven/Microwave. Please clean after use. Board Games/Darts – We do have board games and a dart board. Please use at your own risk. Fire Place – The fire place is non-functioning. Please DO NOT use the Fire Place in the house. Fire Pit – The house does a Fire Pit located in the back yard of the house. The fire pit is to be used at your own risk and please use responsibly. Keep the fire small and contained at all times. DO NOT use the fire pit if the area is extremely dry and there is a high fire hazard. Bring your own firewood. Outdoor Furniture – The house does have some outdoor chairs and tables for your use. Please be sure to bring them back onto the back porch before you leave. Grill - We do have a charcoal grill you are welcome to use. You will need to bring your own charcoal. Please be courteous and clean it out after using it. Security Cameras – We have 4 outdoor security cameras looking at the parking areas, front, and back doors Power Outages – We are in an area that may have power outages on occasion. This is something beyond our control. Please let us know if you notice anything that is missing, broken, or not working so that we are able to correct that ASAP. Also, if you have any recommendations on anything you think we are missing send us a message. We want our guests to have a great time, and want you to come back again, so we love feedback.

3BR-2Ba. Enjoy easy access to everything from centrally located Archers' Lodge. Central to the southern Hatfield-McCoy & Outlaw Trails with easy access right off Rt-52. Unload and ride for days without trailering. Just 1.5 miles to Trail 29 $ 25 of Pinnacle Creek Trails, that'll connect you to all of Pinnacle Creek, Indian Ridge, and Pocahontas Trail Systems, and 7 miles to the Warrior Trail System. 3 miles to all amenities in Welch. A premier catch & release trout stream also just minutes away.

The Lodge at Welch - BIG HOUSE

If you're looking for a place that is spacious and close to everything then we have it here. The Big House has been completely renovated so everyone is sure to feel comfortable no matter what adventures brings you to WV. We are short drives to Pinnacle and Hatfield & McCoy trail connectors as well as plenty of Outlaw trails or make a day trip to Winterplace resort for skiing and tubing. Come relax at the new outdoor pavilion to hangout/grill. No matter what you're doing we have you covered.

The Falling Rock ATV Lodge

Come enjoy ATV riding on the Hatfield and McCoy trails in Welch WV at this awesome building with 6 queen and 2 twin beds. We welcome everyone. Whether you want to hike, Ride or Hunt there is plenty to see and do In WV. We have a big parking lot to park your trailers. I easily turned around my 16ft trailer. I would not bring anything bigger than a 24fter until I have some things adjusted. We are right next to the Warrior Trails and Pinnacle Trail connector that takes you up to FlagROCK.

The Bears Den ATV Cottage

Relax with family and friends at our cozy mountain getaway. The Bears Den is located on 5 acres so if peace, quiet, and privacy are what you seek, this is the place for you. We are OPEN YEAR-ROUND for riders of all seasons with hundreds of miles of trails accessible from this location and no need to trailer. The cottage is located less than 1000 feet from Pinnacle Creek trail 25 of the Hatfield McCoy trail system and outlaw trails. We have a fire pit located out back for your enjoyment.

Whispering Creek ATV Lodge

Welcome to the whispering creek lodge. This home has been remodeled and completely redesigned over the past few months. During your stay you will be located in a private area with a small creek behind the property bringing peace and tranquility. In this space there are outdoor areas for you and your friends or family to enjoy such as a fire pit, grill, outdoor patio and dining space. Inside you will find a calm and inviting space well stocked with anything you may need during your stay!

Warrior Trail Lodging, LLC The Caretta Cottage

Located approximately 6 minutes to War, WV and HMT trailhead. A Short, nice ride to the Wilmore Dam, and to High Rocks. NEW ADDITIONAL PARKING FOR LARGE TRAILERS across the street from the Cottage. In addition to approximately 50 ft. in front, 40 ft. in back, 30 ft. on the side of the cottage. SEE PARKING PHOTOS. We are on Rt 16, part of the ”Head of the Dragon” Motorcycle Riding Route in Caretta, WV. You will have easy on/off access to “Warrior Trail” from Caretta or War.

If you are looking for a truly exceptional vacation experience you will not be disappointed.

Bottoms Up ATV Resort

Bottoms Up has all you need for your stay! Hit the trails with your group of family and friends and stay in one of 5 bedrooms with 15 beds (5 queens, 4 full bunks, 1 twin bunk, and 1 twin). Close to restureants and fuel. This one of a kind building has so much history that you can check out in the large gameroom/bar area. Direct access to two major trailheads with no trailering needed. We have a large garage for your rides and plenty of trailer parking.

The Aldon House

The Aldon House is right in the heart of the southern West Virginia trail systems! Quick access to the Pocahontas and Indian Ridge trail systems, and with a short trail ride you can be on the Spearhead, Pinnacle Creek and Warrior trail systems! We're less than a mile away from the beautiful main street of Bramwell where you will find a lot of history and fun to be had! This house is great for families or a group of riders!

Crumpler Retreat -Close to trails/No trailering!

Located in Crumpler, WV just a few miles from Ashland Resort. This newly remodeled cabin will sleep up to 10 people. Located in the heart of the Outlaw & Hatfield McCoy Trails and just minutes from the Indian Ridge & Pocahontas trail heads. Ice machine is on site for unlimited ice for our guests along with Blackstone grill! *Price is the same for up to 2 guests, additional guests are $20 per person per night*
