This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

Our apartment for 4-6 persons is located in family house in residential area of Medulin. It gladly visited by families with children because it has a large terrace and lovely garden with barbecue. Distance from the sea front is 250 m, and from sandy beach 1000 m, 5 minutes by car or 15 on foot. We offer our guests free fast, optical WI fi Mb/s 200. There is a power outlet in the parking lot of 220-380 volts where you can plug in your electric car charger.
