It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Previously the heart of the M&GNR steam railway, known as the muddle and go nowhere, small nods to its golden era can be seen throughout the house. Our terraced house offers a cosy get- away to the stunning North-Norfolk coastline as the property is 15 mins drive away from Cley-Next-The-Sea. This is the perfect place to base yourself out of to paddleboard, surf or kayak or enjoy the local wildlife.

Holly House is our much loved, peaceful Victorian home. With a large garden for kids and dogs. Fabulous central location in North Norfolk with easy quick access to all of the beaches and seaside towns along the coast line, from Brancaster to Cromer. Our favourite for dog walks (& fish n chips) is Wells-next-the-Sea. Holt is less than 3 miles and it is an easy and direct commute to Norwich City Centre. A great place for fun filled holidays with friends and family.

"BIDDY" Shepherdshut & Hot tub at Old King William

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
