Отличное место для отдыха в Италии! 20 минут езды на машине от Венеции. Хозяин дома встретил по прибытию и на протяжении всего пребывания постоянно ухаживал за территорией дома. Квартира находится на первом этаже двухэтажного частного дома. В доме проживает хозяин и другая семья. Территория выглядит ухоженно и опрятно! Бассейн - выше всех похвал. Ребенок и мы проводил время в бассейне часами. Есть кресла, стулья и зонтик от солнца и некоторые вещи для игр в бассейне. В квартире есть кондиционер и все необходимое для готовки (масло, сахар, соль, кофе для гейзерной кофеварки), сама кофеварка, тостер и все остальное. Квартиру можно рекомендовать для спокойного отдыха вдали от городской суеты, а также для осмотра Венеции и округи.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

We stayed for 3 nights and felt right at home from the off. Tanya and Igor were fantastic hosts, they met us at the property and showed us around as well as being prompt at replying to any queries. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was the perfect location for us to be able to travel in and out of the centre of Venice. It was a 2 minute walk from the Quarto D’Altino train station which takes you to Venice in around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, there was a train strike on one of the days, but even then a bus into the centre was manageable. There are a few takeaway places, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants in the area if you wanted to remain more local. We had a wonderful time, and would not hesitate to return! We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

We stayed at this charming villa in the Italian countryside for 1 week, and it was a dream come true. The villa was impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, blending modern comfort with authentic Italian charm. The outdoor area, complete with a private pool and stunning views of the rolling hills, made for the perfect relaxing retreat. The host was extremely welcoming, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and wineries. The location was ideal for day trips to nearby towns like Venice and Bassano del Grappa. Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious Italian getaway!

Great location, near restaurants and beautiful scenery. Just enough away from the crowds to enjoy both the proximity to activities and a 20 minute walk to the main Piazza and Grand Canal. What a lovely area. Only 10 minutes walking to the train station too. We will definitely return.

Pamela was very delightful. My dad and his girlfriend stayed at her place and she met us at the train station and personally escorted them. She was extremely patient. Lovely woman and her place was exactly as described. Would recommend

Giorgia es una amfitriona genial muy amable y pendiente en todo momento. El apartamento muy limpio y con muchas comodidades . Muy buena comunicacion con Venezia con una parada de tramvia al lado del apartamento que te lleva a Venezia por 1.5 euros. El centro de Mestre esta a unos 10 minutos a pie con un paseo muy tranquilo. En el centro hay varios restaurantes para comer..Muy recomendable todo

Great place to stay in the heart of Venice. Easy walking distance to many places. Great host who was easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

We travelled as a family with two teenage boys at Easter time. Fabio was a wonderful host and very kind, responsive and helpful. He goes out of his way to make your stay a great experience. We arrived in Venice late at night with an unexpected flight delay. Fabio was so kind as to wait for us so that he could take us to the Airbnb and show us around. The area is very peaceful and quiet as well only 5 mins away from the main tourist area. All is very walkable from there. The ferry to the airport is also very close by. The Airbnb came with most everything we needed and was very comfortable for us. The bedding is really good and the house is charming and clean. We definitely recommend this Airbnb. This is a lovely place to stay in Venice.

Beautiful and authentic appartement at great location, nice piazza with a choice of restaurants. Quite noisy night from Saturday to Sunday- lasted until 3:00. The thing you need to know is that of 5 beds it is literally impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The concrete floor is a better choice and the pillows are tremendously hard and huge. Impossible and very uncomfortable. So we can’t recommend even though we loved the apartment. After all you rent it to sleep….to change mattress and pillows is an easy fix if renters want.

Alloggio ubicato in zona silenziosa e tranquilla, ma nel contempo strategica, permette di raggiungere i principali punti di interesse in modo semplice, garantendo il meritato riposo dopo giornate di lunghe passeggiate. Tutto è stato impeccabile, appartamento accogliente e pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i confort. L'host, la Signora Lisa, è stata sempre disponibile e sollecita nel dare informazioni e consigli. In breve, sarà la mia prima scelta laddove dovessi fare un'altra vacanza a Venezia.

The home had great character with historic movie-like decor yet updated bathrooms and kitchen . Perfect for a a family or group of 6. Was much bigger and roomier than expected giving everyone privacy . Walking distance to Rialto Bridge and lots of interesting restaurants . Minutes to water taxis.

Stefano was great, very responsive, helpful, provided recommendations and how to get around. The place was comfortable for the 4 of us, and close to the Mestre train station. We felt safe and had no issues.

Die Lage ist super – ruhig und charmant und allem in der Nähe, das man braucht. außerdem ganz nah am Piazzale Roma und damit gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn dort, die Treppen waren für uns kein Problem – mit kleineren Kindern könnte das aber schwierig sein. Sara war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Casa Tey è corrispondente all'annuncio e l'host è cordiale e precisa. Zona tranquilla, vicino ad un parco per bambini, al mare e ai servizi essenziali. Ottimo per famiglie (anche numerose come la nostra).

Excellent séjour! La maison avec son jardin sont un havre de paix à proximité de tous les points touristiques de Venise. L’accueil a été très sympathique, les conseils très utiles. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Unusual to find a small house with a garden like this in Venice. The check in was easy, Afra and her friend Barbara were very concerned with making sure that we were settled and gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations. The house is clean and spacious just a few minutes walk from Palanca stop in a very quiet location. The garden is a sun trap and very welcome as a quiet place to sit away from the hustle & bustle of Venice.
