Il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Appartamento molto carino, pulito e fresco. In pochi minuti in scooter o in auto si raggiungono bellissime spiagge. Preziosissima Cristina che è stata sempre molto disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa e coccolati dall'inizio alla fine, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è andata davvero oltre ogni aspettativa esaudendo tutte le nostre richieste con gentilezza e cordialità. Potete andarci a occhi chiusi!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Taty and Luca were very nice and friendly. You felt welcomed really easy and always received quick feedback. The apartment has an amazing view and is located directly at the ocean front. It is very quiet and relaxing. You will definitely need a car as it is a little outside but therefore closer to the great beaches. The recommendations on the beaches were great, they were amazing. Thank you for all the recommendations and help with everything.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, Simon a été très attentif à notre bien être,. Son jardin est remarquable, on sent qu'il l'entretien avec beaucoup de passion. L'environnement nous apporte le dépaysement recherché, les plages sont remarquables et proches. Nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipements très fournis. Nous lui avons fait une demande particulière, et Simon a répondu positivement, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé, un grand merci. Nous recommandons vivement. Annie et Georges.

We were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this lovely apartment which is clean and bright and furnished with such good taste and quality amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Max was a really wonderful host who was always available and made us feel like friends. We really appreciated that he offered to organise a night at the opera for us which was such a highlight of our stay in Cagliari. The location of the apartment is perfect for quality time in the city with restaurants all around and the marina just in front of the apartment which is perfect for an evening stroll along the boardwalk. Max also provided a detailed list of all the local amenities including good restaurants. I could not recommend these hosts or the apartment more highly. - mit Walter hat man einen sehr freundlichen, immer nachfragenden, aber nie aufdringlichen Gastgeber, der einfach nur will, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen - die Unterkunft ist sehr gut, geräumig, große Küche mit Essplatz und Sofa für den Fernsehabend, 2 Schlafzimmer mit ausgesprochen guten Betten/Matratzen, 2 Bäder (beide mit Fenster), 2 Terrassen, die Klimaanlagen haben wir im April nicht gebraucht - während unseres Aufenthaltes war es in Solanas sehr ruhig, der schöne, große Strand nur von wenigen Menschen besucht, keine 100m von Walters Wohnung gibt es eine empfehlenswerte Pizzeria, mit dem (Miet)-Auto ist man in 20 Minuten in Villasimius oder in 50 Minuten in Cagliari - alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert für Urlaubstage im Süden Sardiniens

Sehr schönes Haus, zwei Blocks vom Strand. Von allen Zimmern kommt man auf Terrassen. Der Bus direkt am Strand fährt alle 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Heizung in allen Räumen, wir waren im April da, da ist das schon gut. Gute Ausstattung, alles da. Einige alte Pfannen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Supermarkt fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein paar schöne Stühle im Garten wären noch toll. Und vielen Dank an Daniela für die super Betreuung beim Ein- und Auschecken und die vielen Tips.

Elisabetta was a lovely host. She received us warmly with great recommendations and was very sweet and attentive to our needs. The flat is super cosy with all the supplies and amenities one could need. The decoration is very thoughtfully put together with Elisabetta's personal touch and ideal for anyone looking to stay in Cagliari.

Anna was a terrific host, friendly, proactive and extremely welcoming, offering us wine and biscuits on arrival and helping us order a taxi to the airport on departure. The apartment is lovely, with a beautiful sunny terrace with fantastic views. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Having a washing machine was an added bonus. Everything was walkable, with lots of historic sights and great restaurants in easy reach. There are a lot of quite steep steps to the apartment, which might not suit everyone, but in return you get that lovely terrace and terrific views. We even saw flamingos flying overhead one evening, which was very special. Grazie, Anna!

The apartment was scrupulously clean and very comfortable. The balcony was lovely and spacious. The view of the water was not quite what we thought it would be from the photos but we enjoyed it nevertheless. The building is in a more modern part of the city, away from the historic center but there were a few bars and a great gelateria within walking distance as well as a great grocery store within a few blocks. Also, there is a lovely promenade on the water easily reachable on foot. And Letizia left a bottle of chilled wine in the fridge for us!

sono stata ospite nell'appartamento di Claudia e mi sono trovata molto bene. posizione ottima, fantastico uscire da casa e trovare di tutto..comodo poi appartamento in pieno centro con parcheggio.. meglio di così! l'appartamento è molto spazioso, e dispone di tutte le comodità, insomma per un bella vacanza è bello soggiornare a casa di Claudia. spero di tornare presto.

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

Hands down the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed at! The property is absolutely stunning and our hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t ever want to leave!!! The gardens, the pool and views were just so extremely beautiful! Felt like we found a little piece of heaven. The onsite restaurant was also delicious and just so magical at night. Don’t hesitate to book this stay!

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Wir hatten eine grossartige Zeit in der Unterkunft von Aldo. Das Haus ist toll und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Pool vor der Haustür ist ein echter Eyecatcher. Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft :-)

Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. Lovely and responsive host. Place is spacious and clean. Practical in decoration, not fancy but nice environment.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!
