This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Angela's Mallard Cottage is spectacular! A four-storey beautiful, welcoming house that provided everything we needed for a special birthday celebration. We had ample space with the choice of comfortable bedrooms, the relaxing living room, a well-stocked kitchen space, and ambient garden with hot tub and bird song overlooking the trees and sunny skies. We couldn't have wanted for more! We loved the duck themed decor and the little touches everywhere to welcome us - the generous basket of food and drinks, a birthday card and chocolates, dressing gowns and slippers. What made it extra sweet was the fact we had our previously booked property cancelled at short notice that morning and so Angela and her team pulled out all of the stops to get the cottage prepared for us in a few hours. It saved the day and meant we'll always have beautiful memories of the weekend spent with old friends, in the cottage and the surrounding hillside walks.

The college condition and feel is a real credit to the hard work Angela and staff put in. It feels like you’re at home from the moment you walk through the door and the views a just breathtaking. The bath towels feel amazing and the cottage is very well stocked with everything you need in the way of equipment and also of a very good quality. We were lucky enough to have some very fine weather and completed some great local walks and running routes. There wasn’t one thing that I could fault with this whole experience and can’t wait to book again.

Delanie couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived to an amazing welcome hamper and balloons for my sister in laws 30th. The house was lovely. The bar and pool area were just wow!! We spent the whole day by the the pool Saturday. It was lovely and warm and so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

The hobbit house was very spacious, clean, modern and loved the overall decor. We felt comfortable and at home here. Lovely bed with the skylight, and comfy chairs to chill and watch TV. The kitchen was easy to use! Absolutely loved the hot tub, it felt private and the surroundings was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, it was lovely and warm for us and we had it all to ourselves! The host Michael was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around, he ensured we felt right at home. He also recommended some places to visit and where to eat/drink in the area too. He was flexible and happy for us to use our hot tub and the pool at any hour. When we mentioned we’d forgotten our speaker for music, he kindly let us borrow his which was so kind, and we really enjoyed it! Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely come here again, thank you!

Just like the pictures suggest, a modern well appointed house with great facilities. Comfortable bed (#1 priority) warm welcome and a brew on arrival - very welcome! Phil and Cath are very nice and very chatty and told me all about the Vicarage. After a good nights sleep, I slipped away early and didn't see them to say Thank You. Definite recommendation from me

I would definitely recommend John’s place for a visit to Hebden Bridge! Conveniently close to the train station, the house is in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. The place is very spacious. Kitchen was spotless, beds were really comfortable, and John left a kind welcome pack of breakfast ingredients, fruit and snacks. There’s also lots of useful info about the area, including walks, restaurants and pubs.

I just stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Irene's place really is a home away from home! communication was excellent prior to my arrival, and the house was perfectly located for a few events I had in the city centre and surrounding areas of Bradford. I was able to park outside the house, and with lots of driving around this was really important. The house is very welcoming and warm, comfortably furnished including super comfy beds and pillows! great WiFi, shops and everything you need close by. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay or a better host, and I will look to book again next time I'm in town! thank you for everything Irene ☺️

Woodsome lodge was the perfect home from home for our girly hen do weekend! Very peaceful, had everything we needed and easily accessible to Leeds city centre! Sara was extremely responsive, and very pro active! Sara helped advise us a wonderful private chef, Emanuelle, who designed us a menu around our hen’s favourite dishes, and then cooked us a fantastic 3 course meal with absolutely no washing up to do!! Would highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed for a night away for a wedding. Usmaan was helpful and flexible and made our stay much easier. The instructions for check in were really helpful and the house had everything we needed for 5 adults to stay. Really appreciated the clear communication and flexibility. Thanks so much.

Have been working and staying in Manchester for two years now and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at!!

The house is definitely home from home vibe! It was brilliant for all age groups and would definitely return. The house is absolutely spotless, even had hoover lines in every room. Adam is a great host and communicates back promptly. I would 100% recommend staying here! The hot tub was a hit for all the family too!

Sara was a great host, very communicative, lots of information available, a house website was useful. The cal just before was very welcoming and opportunity to ask any questions, just very nice and welcoming

We had a great stay, location was perfect for us. visited for the Manchester marathon. transport links were great and local take aways that were recommended were fab. Karl met us at check in and was very friendly. The accommodation was more than we hoped for. Lots of room for us all. The kitchen is perfect. We did spend most of our time in Manchester, however a couple of the guests took a walk to the local reservoir and enjoyed that. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Great house - all equipment needed and really comfortable beds. Just stayed one night but would definitely stay again if coming to the area.

We had a great stay at Muhammad’s place. We got clear instructions and had a smooth check-in. The house is spotless. Everything you can think of is present at the house. We had a parking spot on the premises as well. Overall a great experience with a good host!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cosy, and just like the photos. It’s in a quiet and peaceful area, which was exactly what I was looking for. If you’re going to the arena, it’s only a 10-minute drive really convenient. The best part was the bar the host has it’s really, really nice and adds a unique touch to the stay. Everything was reasonably priced too. The host was friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Second stay at Martins cottage. Highly recommend staying here. I realised I didn’t have a USB plug, messaged Martin to ask if could help, moments later a plug arrived. Realised then my cable didn’t fit the USB plug socket, messaged Martin again and he arrived with a wireless charger unit moments later. Great place, peaceful, tranquil, warm (for the current cold nights) and most of all a really comfy bed for a good nights sleep!
