The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

L’alloggio Gabbiano è parte di una casa divisa in tre piccoli appartamenti confinanti, ciascuno col proprio ingresso indipendente e giardino privato. Dal giardino si accede direttamente alla spiaggia. L’appartamento è composto da una cucina ben attrezzata in cui è possibile mangiare, un divano letto, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. È indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto (auto o scooter) poiché la zona non è servita da trasporti pubblici.

A soli 500 metri dal mare, circondati da asini, mucche, caprette, pecore, galline e gatti sorge LA FATTORIA SUL MARE. Un antico casale completamente restaurato composto da tre appartamenti indipendenti fra loro. La fattoria sul mare è un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e stare a contatto con la natura. Una location perfetta anche per il lavoro da remoto, in giardino nelle giornate più fresche o all’interno grazie alla presenza dell’aria condizionata.
