Owl's Rest is a self contained first floor apartment in a calm and tranquil setting. Open plan kitchen/living/dining area serves 2 double bedrooms ... all are light, airy and super comfortable. Easy access to the delightful market town of Knutsford with all its restaurants and bars, Owl's Rest is a stone’s throw from the renowned Dun Cow Inn. Convenient to Knutsford, Tatton Park, Alderley Edge, Mobberley, Over Peover and Holmes Chapel. Knutsford and Chelford train stations are 5 minutes drive.

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Lovely walks and cycle routes leading to numerous fine pubs and cafes. The Peak District, RHS Garden Bridgewater, Manchester City Centre, Lyme Park and Tatton Park are all nearby. 2 Kingsize beds in 2 large rooms one (with low wooden trusses) . Walking distance/short drive to Merrydale Manor Wedding Venue & less than 5 min drive to Colshaw Hall. Walkable to the excellent ‘The Dog’ pub. Walkable to main line train station to Manchester- Crewe.

Central Knutsford

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

Step back in time and enjoy a stay in this fabulous 16th-century listed cottage, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside. Guests have exclusive use of a private wing of the property, featuring a cosy lounge with a log burner, a study/breakfast room, a spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Although I live in a separate area at the rear of the property, your accommodation is entirely private . I am close by if needed

Waters Edge

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

The Barn is a two bed detached property, located within the grounds of a four acre former farm, with open plan living/dining/kitchen area, shower room, mezzanine double bedroom and further bedroom with king size bed. Secure off-road parking for two cars within a gated development. Located in the charming Cheshire village of Mobberley, a semi-rural village known for its picturesque surroundings, beautiful walks and excellent traditional country pubs. Close to excellent transport links.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
