It has all the features you'd expect in a home: bathroom with shower, 140x190 bed for two, kitchen with sink, fridge, and induction hob, & a comfy sofa all set in a smartly designed layout to maximize space without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Add in the large terrace and even larger garden and you've found your own private tiny paradise!

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Tolmin, just above Tolminka river. It has three bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, living room with extra beds, bathroom and balcony. From the balcony there is beautiful view towards the Tolminka river and surrounding mountains. In the kitchen there are available electric cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Additionally, washing machine is available. The rooms are air-conditioned with satellite LCD TV.

Surrounded by a large fenced garden and including swim spa, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and 4 bicycles, it is ideal for leisure and/or very active holidays (walking, hiking, cycling etc.). It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

Apartment on the upper floor of the house offers 2 rooms (1 with king size bed and a living room with an extendable sofa) that share a common balcony. The house Pokrovec is located in the Triglav National Park at the foot of Pokljuka. In front of the house there is a huge garden suitable for sports activities, rest, privacy and peace... It is very suitable for families with children. but you can also have space for a car. From the front of the house you have a magical view of the mountains and the valley, a pleasure in perfect nature. Very suitable for hikers and cyclists.

This newly renovated tiny house offers you a quite, private, and beautiful place above the village of Modrejce, with a walking distance of 5 minutes to the Soča river. We renovated the old mill in a Permacultural way, still very exclusive and with great attention to detail. The house is located a bit above the village and gives you not only lots of privacy but also a great view on the river and the surrounding mountains.

This charming house is located on the outskirts of Stara Fužina, where you can truly experience the peacefulness of Triglav National Park and the feeling of freedom of the Slovenian countryside.
