Morattico is the sweetest little village filled with friendly neighbors & an amazing waterfront museum. Walk across the street to our shared river porch, fish in the Rappahannock River or walk down the road to a shared beach and pier access where you can kayak and swim in Lancaster Creek. Fenced yard. Outdoor shower. Wifi. Sleeps 7.

Freshly painted cozy two Bedroom Cottage with a Sectional Sofa that has queen bed pull out. Screened Porch, Large Patio & Dock to enjoy views of the creek and wildlife. Great for a romantic getaway or vacation. Well-appointed kitchen. Dogs allowed (2 Max, under 70 pounds-must be notified first) an additional fee of $60 per dog. No third-party bookings. Just outside Kilmarnock, very close to White Stone and Irvington with a good variety of Restaurants, Wineries, Breweries a Cidery and shopping.

The Treehouse at Fort Nonsense is a peaceful getaway perfect for couples or solo travelers. **New in 2026** There is a new, queen-sized fold-out bed to replace the sofa bed and address negative feedback. This apartment is a unique space to work with, but we strive to provide a comfortable and budget friendly stay.

Bring your boat straight over to our pier! No boat? Kayaks and a canoe are ready for adventure. Toss in a crab pot or enjoy fishing from our pier or sit back and enjoy the pool that overlooks the river. Plenty of space for walks or yard games and get ready for some breathtaking sunsets!

It is not just a vacation rental.... it is a special place...paradise! Come and enjoy the amenities of this island retreat home with open views of the Rappahannock River, just 15 minutes from Urbanna. Enjoy relaxing on the pier and watching the osprey come and go with their offspring or on occasion see the dolphin pass by! Bring your fishing poles because the fishing here is amazing! We have a large sandy beach and the sand extends into the river, no mucky bottom!
