The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Vine cottage is a stone throw from a lovely village pub, pizza and Indian restaurant and cocktail bar

Lotting Fen Lodge

Lotting Fen Lodge is a separate self contained bungalow next to our own home. Finished to a very high standard including underfloor heating. Very modern and well equipped kitchen, large bedroom and living room, and lovely shower room. Own private garden with lovely views. Off street parking. We will consider dogs but you must ask first as we have some rules that must be adhered to. Please enquire first if you want to bring a dog with you.

With open field views from the rear terrace, and a lot of local wildlife from red kite, to barn owls, to deer and rabbits that skip through the fields, with further views of horses over the paddock, this tranquil but modern barn is the perfect place to relax and recharge after a long day, or for a countryside retreat.

The cottage is a self contained unit with it's own garden. On street parking is available and the local pub is two doors away. It is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside and the local historic towns of Oundle and Stamford.
