Gorgeous property in a great location, easily walkable from the train station, city centre and bus stops onto the university of Lancaster. Responsive and helpful host. comfortable beds and great facilities. Perfect for a stay with friends or a family.

Great location in the middle of Ulverston. Kitchen had everything we needed and when we needed to we pressed 'boost' on the heating controls and the house heated quickly. very cozy, homely house. Would recommend and stay again

Even though I had to clean the toilet (there were stains on the upstairs toilet) we still loved our stay at Naomi's place. The garden is beautiful and the furniture is comfortable, and the living room recliners are perfect. I really liked the linen, the feel and the smell.

Fabulous house, huge bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable lounge. Beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay. Easy to find parking on the street outside. Country walks from the town, or short drives to the Tolkien Trail which is a fantastic 3 hour walk with a pub at the start and end. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation. Stylish apartments, beautifully furnished , well equipped and spotlessly clean. Situated in the heart of Clitheroe , within walking distance to the castle and all amenities. Fabulous restaurants and beautiful countryside nearby. Responsive hosts. Would highly recommend .

Loved our stay at this house. Pictures don't do it justice with the house much bigger than it looks. Very accessible location with only a 5 minute walk to the front of Lytham and it's beautiful windmill. 10 minute walk from the house will also take you right into the main street in the town where there are loads of cafes, pubs and shops. Helen was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved every minute of our Easter break.

We spent a lovely few days at the cottage in Coniston. It is ideally situated for visiting lots of very interesting and beautiful places, Holehird Gardens and Brantwood House to name but two. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised. Sue and Brad were very quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Great location close to the centre of the village. The property was nice and clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Bed was very comfy and shower was powerful and hot. I would happily stay here again.

Had such a wonderful stay at Racheals place felt so at home and Rachel was so responsive to anything we asked beautifully furnished and sooooo comfortable to loved every minute of our stay over Easter with family and we hosted our Easter Sunday dinner as the place was so well equipped thank you for making us so welcome

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

Honestly one of my favourite air bnbs I’ve stayed at. Howard was very friendly and told us everything we needed to know about the house. He greeted us upon arrival even though we were a bit late. There was amazing cake and eggs upon arrival. The place is dog friendly and they were very accommodating when we forgot to bring a dog towel. Wood was provided for the fireplace, which was super cosy relaxing by it one evening, even though the place is nice and warm anyway. The place was not too far of a drive from Scarfell which we climbed one day. The other, Howard let us feed the lambs which was a memorable and completely unforgettable experience! Thank you! This is a fantastic place and we would love to come back! 😊

A great value and well equipped caravan. We visited with our two children (11 and 14). Incredibly clean and well presented with everything we needed. We really appreciated the milk and tea/coffee facilities when we arrived. It was a short walk to the petrol station with a Londis where essentials could be picked up. Kendal and Staveley were both nearby and lovely to visit. Lots of privacy and surrounded by fields. There was a little bit of road noise as it near a busy road but this did not interfere with the enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay again if we were visiting the area again. Thanks!

This is the second time I have stayed at the studio. It is a lovely little place, compact but with everything you need in a very beautiful and convenient spot. Carol and Margaret are very helpful and friendly it is always a pleasure to stay in their beautiful flat. Thank you for being so welcoming and accomodating.

This was a repeat visit. The accomodation is very homely. Kitchen is well equipped and nice little touches like tea, coffee and milk were provided. Buses are reliable, for a small village the local shops etc are very good. The only thing missing was the Fleetwood ferry, not running this time of year. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend to others.

Very clean, beautiful place to stay, would stay here again in future for sure 100% recommend for anyone else looking to stay here. Place is close to north pier and very quiet even at weekends its not very noisy

We had a wonderful stay at the property! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the market and the lake. The house itself is beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. Marta was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our needs. We'd love to stay here again!

Just back from three nights and we had such a wonderful time. The property is in a great location with it being walking distance to bowness but also secluded. Kitchen amenities all great, excellent spec bathroom and very clean all round. We had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be booking again.

A wonderful half term long weekend with our teenagers. Super quiet location, but close enough to Lancaster to make a dash into the city easy. Smashing property with jus the right mixture of character and modernity. Will be back.

We had a great stay. The house was in a beautiful location, right on the estuary. Plenty of beach for walking. Beds were comfy and ample linen and towels were provided plus a great welcome hamper. The games room provided hours of entertainment and the hot tub was lovely for relaxing in after a busy day. The nearby rock park/quarry was a really interesting day out. We also enjoyed a meal out at the King William IV in Kirksanton. Jenny was a great host and was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Jerry was super responsive and responded within minutes whenever we needed something, which was really appreciated (even around midnight 😅). The house is beautiful, very well furnished. Hot tub was a favourite and the river is incredibly scenic.
