The kitchen is fully stocked w/ lots of space to gather around the island, dining room table and living room with a gas fireplace. The Lower Level King Suite gives versatility to your stay. This peaceful and centrally located cabin provides tranquility and relaxation in the Blue Mountains. The large wraparound porch surrounded by the lush landscape and natural beauty of the cold spring, creates an environment that you don’t want to miss. Spend your evening looking up at the stars in the hot tub or making s’mores over a fire creating lasting memories. If you choose to be adventurous there is hiking trails, biking, fishing, kayaking and several state parks with lakes nearby. Enjoy!

Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Monroe Valley Guesthouse

Our house is located near the interstate and within easy reach of Hershey and numerous other attractions. Swatara State Park is just a 2 minute drive away. There is a hiking and biking trail just down the road. If you are kayaking you can put in or get out of the creek right into the yard. The hot tub, grille, and stocked kitchen are waiting after your days activities. Do not expect me to message you before your stay - you can be assured the place is ready for you! Also there is no TV.

TRAINS!!!!Across the street is a freight train line service. The trains are random at all hours. They are briefly loud. Otherwise this a lovely space situated along the Susquehanna. There are several restaurants close by. Close to Hershey and Lancaster Amish Country. Bike trail across the street. Cayaking on the Susquehanna River.
