We would highly recommend Alex's apartment for many reasons. The location is perfect in terms of trams, cafes and restaurants and yet it was quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and contained all that we needed for our week's stay. Alex met us at the apartment block and explained the information we needed for staying and leaving. We would stay again when we return to Melbourne. Thank you Alex.

Nice apartment with comfy beds and everything you need. In a great location in Richmond, good for trams etc. Some brief noise from people outside on Friday/Sat nights but to be expected in the location.

Had an amazing stay, location was perfect, so close to southern cross station and Woolworths metro. Location was definitely a highlight as made it quiet practical being in the city. Sebastian was a great host, met us in arrival and made sure check in was smooth. Always communicated in a very timely manner and provided great recommendations. Apartment is great, quite spacious, 2 bedrooms and a large lounge & kitchen. View is amazing, Southbank and the west of the CBD we even managed to see some hot air balloons fly past in the morning being so high. Would definitely recommend staying at Sebastian’s, amazing host and a great apartment.

I spent such a comfortable week in Christian's place, and his flexibility to my travel schedule is fully appreciated. The apartment had everything one needed for an easy breakfast, else great cafes were just a short walk away. The large balcony was very welcomed for some days where I just wanted to spend quiet time indoors. Just to note I stayed across a weekend, and while there was some fun chatter in neighbouring blocks, the sliding doors are very soundproof so that was helpful.

This was a good location and I appreciated Julia's flexibility. The apartment was clean, comfortable and she has lovely staff working for her. Julia was responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying at her property in the future.

The apartment is beautiful but still livable. Clean and very comfortable. The parking is secure and convenient. Claire and Nick are friendly and responsive to any problems, which were small. I would highly recommend and happily return.

Fantastic place to stay. Secure parking. Close to shops, restaurants bit very quiet. Very comfortable sofa & bed. Air con, 2 tv, rain shower. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Flexible with check in & out. Friendly responsive host.

Paul is a wonderful host. He was there to receive us though we reached quite late at 11:00pm. His place is so big, TV is massive size, rooms are neat and clean, everything is so perfectly labelled. Our dog loved to play in the massive backyard. We will definitely stay here next time and would recommend to everyone. Paul even allowed us for the late check out and is so gem of a person. Wish we had spent more time here. Thanks Paul for everything.

Sonya's place is in a quiet area with lovely bush walking and sightseeing close by. The home had plenty of space and the kitchen and laundry came with extra condiments, towels etc. The furniture was extremely comfortable including amazingly comfortable beds. There was a lovely large verandah with a fabulous dog run which was ideal to keep our pets safe while we were out exploring.

This was a fantastic home to stay in. Beautiful, comfortable and practical. A great location just on the edge of the CBD surrounded by great amenities. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze and the property was squeaky clean. Would highly recommend.

Great location for a relaxing escape. Beautiful, uninterrupted ocean view from front windows exactly as described. No window covering on carport glass sliding door, so if you’re after complete privacy this may be worth knowing. Also the kids room doesn’t have blockout blinds, so early wake ups are likely. Comfy beds. We didn’t use the car at all during our stay as everything was an easy walk or cycle. Great cafes and restaurants an easy walk along the coastal path. We will be back. We had an amazing time at Mitch's beautiful property, the house is spacious, clean and quiet at night, beds are so comfy and everything is clean and spotless, Mitch is very friendly and very prompt at responding requests. We enjoy the space so much we highly recommend to everyone ;) Thank you for having us!

Melissa’s place was perfect for our stay for 6 days to explore the Yarra Valley & Dandenong Ranges. Its location was very handy to everything, the place was light and airy. And the recommended Hop Hen Brewery was great!

Really great place to stay. Perfect for what we needed and would be great for a family weekend away. Big rooms, 2 lounge rooms was great and a really nice outdoor area. Two toilets and showers is also a great addition. Didn’t have full length mirror anywhere which was tricky when getting ready to go out but otherwise really fantastic place.

This house was perfect for our 2 families to share, so spacious and comfortable. Handy to have multiple bathrooms and quality towels and linen were supplied. The upstairs loft was a great spot for our older kids to sleep. Fantastic communication from Georgia who was really helpful sending photos & instructions re boat parking etc. Would definitely book this house again & recommend it to friends. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

Such a beautiful welcoming stay that feels like home. It was the perfect location for exploring Melbourne and so close to every major tourist attraction. Ky was so friendly, welcoming, and pro active on chat. She gave us some great recommendations for local attractions. Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking a meal at home too. P.S. Plant lovers will love this place!

Stayed for the F1 race with a few friends. Great location. Walking distance to the race, plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice rooftop with great view. And friendly host. 👍🏻

The room itself is very clean, bedding was comfortable and had a splendid view. The bathroom was also well kept. The host was also very friendly, prompt and responsive in communication, and made the check in process seamless. Will stay again.

Beautiful and sunny top floor apartment. The place was very quiet but in great location near all the shops and bars in st Kilda. Lawrence was very helpful and quick on responses.
