I have become a regular for remote work. Ma'am Fe and the staff has always been friendly, helpful and kind to me everytime I'm at the listing. It's price is definitely lower than the nearby listings and well-maintained unlike the other listings I have been in. Still a favorite for me and 5/5 stars.

It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

The furnitures, interiors, and design were not like other Airbnbs, you can say that it’s carefully thought for and picked—it exceeded our expectations. The room is well-maintained and clean as well. The unit has very fast reliable wifi, big TV and an active Netflix account. The A/C units work great. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent pressure. We found cooking a little challenging as it is a mini kitchen/area, but the photos show that. The air fryer was a nice bonus. We would have enjoyed having a microwave oven, but it is as advertised. Overall a great unit. the landlord may have found me high maintenance, but he always responded and we worked out what we needed to.

I had an Awesome Stay! Split Aircon and a fan inside the unit made it very cool inside, the summer heat was nothing. Over all Five star. It can’t get any better

The unit was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The location is also excellent—convenient and close to everything we needed. It’s also very family-friendly, which was perfect for us traveling with kids. Also, the security guards were very polite and helpful, adding to the overall safe and welcoming atmosphere. Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

My family had a great stay at Kim's place. From the start, she was very accommodating and responsive—she answered all my questions quickly and made the whole booking process smooth and hassle-free. The place itself is spacious, clean and well-kept which made it really comfortable to stay in. One of their favorite parts was the veranda—it has such a nice view and is the perfect spot to relax, especially in the morning or late afternoon. Overall, it's a peaceful and cozy spot, and I truly appreciated Kim’s hospitality. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Stayed for 2 nights. Loved our stay. It had everything that we needed. Space was big enough, cozy and loved that there were so many movie apps to choose from. I only wish they had a tv in the room too . The receptionist was friendly, the host was responsive. Place was safe and quiet. I appreciate that it’s not a high building. Really nice to just stay a few days and rest with the weather so hot in Manila. Thanks Yen.

The place was serene and peaceful away from the noise of the city proper also there's a lot of restos nearby.. the unit was very clean and spotless, no hassle on our check in and check out.
