100 year old home. Very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food and coffee. The house is very bright with hardwood floors. The home has a washer and dryer in the basement. We will consider dogs on a case by case basis. (Please see Other details to note). The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals (no spices). WE DO NOT ALLOW LOCAL RESIDENCE AS THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PARTIES OR ANY TYPE OF EVENTS OR LOCAL DAY USEAGE. THE HOME HAS OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS.

This light and airy apartment has everything you need, whether for a couple of nights or a week. Enjoy a hike in the piñon/juniper woods surrounding our property, and take our puppy (Lily) with you. The cabin is one of five nearly identical cabins at Z-Lazy-B guest ranch. It's usually a quiet retreat, but during hunting season the other cabins fill up. PLEASE NOTE: THE ALTITUDE IS NEARLY 8,000 FT. SOME GUESTS COMING FROM LOWER ALTITUDES (Near Sea Level) MIGHT EXPERIENCE ALTITUDE SICKNESS.
