My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

There is a separate bedroom with a queen mattress and a pullout sofa bed in the living area. The pullout sofa is best for teens or smaller kids . There is a bathroom with a sink and toilet. There is another room with a sink and shower. The kitchen area is more like a kitchenette than a full-size kitchen. We provide one parking spot next door at The Cove parking lot.
