We had a lovely relaxing stay, the house was bright and fresh with tasteful decor. Easy to get to and loads of coastline to explore nearby and direct access to the sand dunes & beautiful local beach. Bed was mega comfy, kitchen was really well stocked & house was nice and toasty when the heating was on, the wood burner was an added bonus too! Check in really easy & communication was excellent - highly recommended for a Cornwall adventure!

My family and I enjoyed a relaxing break in Cornwall, staying at the Ferryman. The property is perched atop the mouth of the estuary and provides a wonderful base for exploring the surrounding area. The views are stunning and we spent hours walking along the coast and the beautiful sandy beaches. We felt very much at home and the property has all the comfort and amenities you would hope for. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the area but wanting a degree of seclusion from the busy towns! Nicola was a perfect host, providing detailed instructions and guidance .. and a gorgeous welcome pack! Can’t wait to return!

had a fab week, quirky and quaint and delicious grapes in the garden the house looks small on the outside but like the TARDIS on the inside lots of space for family time yet room for quiet time. Seaton very quiet but lovely friendly pub, good food and very dog friendly with a doggie menu and the beach is perfect and very dog friendly, surrounding area lovely and surrounded by beautiful views. mark is a fab host thank u for a lovely relaxing holiday

We had a lovely half term week at Nightingale Mews. The location is fantastic and the accommodation clean and very well equipped. Sandra was very quick to come back with any questions and was genuinely focused on us having a lovely time. She left some scones and tea out for our arrival which was much appreciated by our children! I would highly recommend.

Wonderful location with great views over the sea and a woodland to the back. Very cosy, warm and well-appointed property with everything you could need (including plenty of torches for navigating outside at night!). Tamsin was a friendly, responsive host who left helpful and clear instructions. We brought our greyhound and found the bungalow and the village very dog friendly. Great pub and cafes right by the beach!

This was an ideal bolt hole for our son and his dog over the Christmas holiday. It sits just above Loe beach on the Carrick Roads, with stunning views, a short walk to the beach, and in a rustic farmyard site. There was a very generous welcome pack, lots of wood for the fire, and thorough instructions for guests. This included clear advice regarding not allowing dogs on furniture nor the bed. We provided a throw for the sofa, and the dog had a sleeping basket. Unfortunately she had just started her season, and occasionally slept on the bed, causing significant soiling. We tried to clean the sheets in the washing machine, however caused a problem for the hosts who needed replace sheets and duvet. They phoned as soon as they found the situation, and were very calm despite having the pressure of new guests arriving that day.We apologised and have promised to reimburse costs. I highly recommend this venue but would suggest only taking a small, well behaved dog.

A lovely property in a delightful location - one if the best unspoilt parts of Cornwall - a charming village and harbour with access to family friendly beach and safe swimming - with beautiful coastal paths and walks leading to magnificent secluded beaches and the characterful Mevagissey. Easy access to The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project. Peter could not have been more helpful in ensuring that we had all we needed for a comfortable and memorable holiday.

Beautifully decorated, clean, welcoming and a very comfortable little holiday home with lovely little thoughtful touches throughout and everything we needed, plus more provided. We enjoyed our welcome cookies and sweeties and our little fur baby loved his thoughtful little basket of treats and toys for his stay. Having excellent WiFi service was also a treat 😉 Lots of helpful tips and advice provided and excellent communication from the host. The park itself is lovely and peaceful, great location with gorgeous woodland surroundings providing great walking trails and a great bus service if you want to leave to car behind and enjoy the nearby towns and beaches. We will definitely be booking again!

Absolutely lovely stay at SteppingStone! Samantha was so lovely and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and felt so at home with the children. The place was lovely and clean and in a great location! Being right next to the Co-op was a massive help especially with small children! Thankyou Sam for letting us stay in your lovely home xx

This is a really lovely stay and a short walk to Lusty Glaze. Tracey left a lovely list of things to do in the surrounding area. We came as a couple to enjoy a night away but are already looking to book again and bring the kids. Check in was very easy and the property had all the essentials needed. The bed was comfy and the location was lovely a quiet. If you’re looking for central Newquay this wouldn’t be the place for you, if you’re looking for somewhere idyllic and close to gorgeous beaches then choose here. Would be very easy to get to central Newquay though a quick taxi ride or a longer stroll. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Fantastic location, the place is perfect for 2 adults and up to 2 kinds. Its clean and felt almost like a home away from home. The host is lovely, responds quickly and is happy to help. Would definitely recommend and I would love to return 😊

Windover is a great family holiday home, the Bungalow was much bigger than expected and so lots of space inside and out for us all including our dog. The decor was very well thought out and very modern. Our youngest enjoyed the puzzles and we all enjoyed a few board games. Everything was very clean and tidy and having milk, tea, coffee, apple juice and delicious biscuits on arrival was a very thoughtful touch. The Bungalow was very relaxing and we would definitely book again. It was only a short drive to many places including Bude and other beautiful beaches. Thank you for making our visit to Cornwall a fantastic experience!

Lovely bungalow we had our year old granddaughter with us so we’re really pleased with the open plan which was easy to keep on top of as she likes to move around
