The bothy used to be an old Stable, then potting shed for Old Birtle, a grade 2 Listed farmhouse dating to back 1672. A great pub 10 mis walk away. 4 miles into bury with its market and major transport hubs, M66, M62. Perfect for weekends, for walkers, cyclists - we are on the edge of Beautiful Ashworth Valley. We accept longer stays for people moving house etc

Handy for Bury and Ramsbottom; close to local steam railway. Close to M66/M60. as well as countryside.

Modern 3 bed home with parking, gym & garden

3 bed detached with double driveway and large back garden. Quality mattresses, fresh white bedding and crisp white sheets. Fresh white cotton towels. 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and the other with a shower. Free wifi, tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets for a nice cuppa on arrival. Just an overall nice home to be enjoyed. Topsy Turvy Cottage

The cottage is a part of a converted barn and was completed in May 2022. The open plan living, dining, kitchen area is upstairs to take advantage of the fantastic views. There are two bedrooms downstairs. The double has an ensuite bathroom and the single bedroom is next to the second bathroom. The bathrooms are identical and comprise of a toilet, shower and sink vanity unit.

We would like to welcome you to Calf Hey Cottage. We are situated off the main road set in a quite Hamlet in Denshaw, along side three other Cottages. We have a self contained newly refurbished open plan guest suite with separate entrance. The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove.
