El alojamiento es tal y como en las fotos y la descripción. La zona tranquila y con servicio proximos , bares , restaurantes y tiendas. Buen sitio para ir con niños.

Overall the location for me was at the start of poyente beach, witch was perfect for me, as I prefer that side of benidorm. The apartment was located on the 5th floor of the complex with a lift, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with doubles and 1 with 2 single beds, living area was very large and comfortable and could easily accommodate a large family very comfortably with traditional Spanish décor,. bathroom was very large too, with a shower that was piping hot and powerful if required. kitchen has all the appliances you require including gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine etc. Towels where provided for the week The balcony is extremely large and you get the sun on it all day. overall I would definitely come back here again. Excellent Value and Excellent hosts, with great communication.

Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen empfehlen! Alles war perfekt: Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, antwortet schnell und zuverlässig, und auch vor Ort war dank der lieben Dame, die uns herzlich empfangen hat, alles bestens organisiert. Die Wohnung ist modern, neu eingerichtet und unglaublich sauber – wir haben uns selten irgendwo so wohlgefühlt! Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die wunderschöne Terrasse mit traumhaftem Meerblick, die uns jeden Morgen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat. Die Lage ist ideal: In wenigen Minuten erreicht man sowohl die Stadt als auch den herrlichen, weitläufigen und sauberen Strand. Für alle, die gerne mobil sind, bietet die ruhige und gepflegte Anlage den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für entspannte Ausflüge. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder! We stayed in the apartment in Murcia for one week at the end of February 2025, arriving by train from Valencia. The flat is located only a few minutes walk from the train station - very convenient for day trips that we took to Cartagena and Alicante (both recommended). Oscar was super easy to reach and interact with. He met us on arrival and explained everything about the apartment and Murcia in general. Oscar was very engaging and went above and beyond taking time to answer all of our questions. He also booked a taxi for us on our departure day, as we were taking a bus to Malaga. Exceptional hosting! The apartment is well laid out and outfitted. The decor is modern and ecclectic. Mattress is firm - which is what we like. No balcony, but there's a rooftop space to hang your wash. Location is great. There's a grocery store on the corner as you exit the building, and much more on offer close by in barrio El Carmen. The historic centre is an easy walk (10 minutes), just over the river. T

Desde un inicio Dmitry nos atendió perfectamente, responde siempre, nos ayudó en todo. Es muy amable y entregado, haciendo la estancia divina, gracias y gracias.

En pocas palabras, increíble alojamiento. En primer lugar darle las gracias a Irene por su paciencia con nosotros, nos demoramos en la llegada e igualmente estuvo atenta, servicial y muy educada. En cuanto al alojamiento, sin palabras, nos encantó, todo limpisimo, super ordenado y espacioso. Increíble lo moderno que es, se nota que está reformado con cariño. Sin duda alguna, recomendable al 200%. Gracias por acogernos.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

It was our first time using Air bnb and Hakan made our experience perfect and it’s something we will definitely do again. Hakan met us at the airport, gave us a welcome bottle of fizz and took us to the property stopping for us to pick up some essentials for our stay on the way. What a great service & host was my first impression. Showed us the property and how to use the cooker, washing machine etc. Gave us several restaurant recommendations in the local area. The location is perfect, the property is lovely & ideal for a family of four with the swimming pool opposite as well. We are already planning to visit again and will use this property. Magnifique villa, très bien entretenue, avec piscine privée. Possibilité d'avoir une piscine chauffée, ce qui est vraiment un plus pendant la période hivernale. Aménagement de la villa impeccable, tout est bien pensé pour le bien-être des locataires. Quartier calme à proximité des commerces, des restaurants, etc.... Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, très réactif et aux petits soins. Séjour formidable à deux reprises. Je recommande +++

Très bon accueil, hôtes aux petits soin , réactif aux messages. Seul bémol le quartier aux abords peu accueillant, néanmoins nous n’avons eu aucun problème.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Gran Alacant! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder, und die schöne Terrasse hat uns viele gemütliche Abende im Freien beschert. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Flott leilighet med fantastisk beliggenhet, alt er i nærheten. Butikker, strand, restauranter. kort vei til bussterminal. God standard med alt du forventer av en moderne leilighet.

Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, sehr gepflegten Komplex und bietet eine super Lage.

Lovely place - open, light and with a beautiful view. Walking access to beach was brill, and had playgrounds nearby which was good for our son. Tram was pretty accessible to town centre as well.

Asunto oli tosi siisti ja tilava, kaksi makuuhuonetta kolmella kylpyhuoneella. Näkymät aavalle merelle melkein oman ison parvekkeen alla, johon aurinko paistoi aamusta alkaen pitkälle iltapäivään. Sijainti hyvä rauhallisella Los Logos -rannalla, pienen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay here! we had a 3 and 6 year old and there was so much space for them in the apartment. All amenities were available. The location is fantastic, on the beach in less than 30 seconds. It was the cleanest beach we've ever seen with lovely wooden play areas dotted all the way along which our kids loved. Plenty of eating options too, and the place directly opposite, although not 'fancy' was so cheap and easy for breakfast drinks and snacks and was always lively. We got 2 buses from the airport which was so easy even with 2 kids 2 cases and a buggy. we also got the bust to Alicante Town in the evenings which was very easy and cheap. Alicante old town is lovely, so much culture and a lot to see. Highly recommend the castle as well. We had a few issues during our stay (not to do with the apartment) and Hagen was so easy to contact and helped us immediately which we are very greatful for. Would recommend to anyone!

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.

All I have to say is WOW! This stay has been one of my absolute favorites. I often stay in Alicante, so I know many great spots, but Maxim’s place has the best location by far! This apartment is located very close to La Playa del Postiguet and below it is the elevator entrance to Santa Barbara Castle. But despite its central location, it’s very quiet in the apartment. The views are unbeatable from the living room. Moreover, this is probably the cleanest airbnb or hotel I have ever stayed in… spotless linens and mattresses, shiny counter tops and super clean bathrooms. The special additions like the amazing view, artistically designed interior, and super fun rain head shower with LED lights in the bathroom made this place so unique. Last but not least, the host’s communication was impeccable. From local recommendations to quick responses. The host even allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment for a few hours after check out before we left town! This place is seriously luxurious.
