Amazing location with beautiful views and close to cathedral rock trailhead and chapel of the holy cross. The team was very communicative and responsive and helped with any questions we had. Highly recommend staying at this place.

Fantastic location with lots of amenities included. It’s walking distance to a number of great trails and sights and far enough away from city centers that it’s peaceful. Only downside was extra cold nights made the heated pool not very warm even with the extra cost so just caution for weather when deciding to pay the pool heat fee.

Great property and stay and all the amenities. Only minor feedback I have (and I am picky about bathrooms for some reason) is that the upstairs shower needs to be updated with modern tile and glass walls/blocks; or at least some additional lighting needs to be added into the shower. It is tucked into a dark corner feels very institutional (like a 70’s high school locker room shower). But over all, a stellar property.

This house was perfect for the 4 of us older adults. It is in a very quite neighborhood, but also close to shopping, supermarket, restaurants and trails. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long hike but didn't use the pool as the water was too cold and the weather was cool. It would have been nice if the ice maker worked, but we made out Ok with the trays. The house was very clean and they had everything that we needed-bath towels, beach towels, paper TP and paper towels. The home owner was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. We would definitely rent this home again if we return to Sedona!

We had a wonderful stay at Mitchell’s Airbnb! The house was clean and in a beautiful location. The view was incredible!! The host was very responsive when we needed to reach out, we would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was amazing! This house was incredible, we love the views, and my kids loved the heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi! Perfect central location to visit Sedona just 25 minutes from the house , private enough to enjoy our spring break vacations.

This place was GREAT! We have been to many Air BnBs and this place is definitely one we would visiting again. It was well stocked with a variety of kitchen cookware and equipment (through out). There were plenty of spaces to relax whether inside or outside. Shannon was a very responsive and friendly host. This space is great for friends and/or families! Clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. The top bunk does say that there is a weight limit of 150 lbs. If you're traveling with adults like we were, this is helpful to know. This place is true to listing and we were incredibly pleased! I highly recommend staying here if you come to this area.

Great location and home base for exploring Sedona and the beautiful surroundings. The house offers lovely views and plenty of space. Some of the amenities need a little TLC, but that didn’t take away from the experience or our enjoyment of the house. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept great! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This was our second stay and we will be back. The location is ideal - there is a lot to do within walking distance. The house comfortably slept 12 adults. It has a good amount of bathrooms and space. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Overall a great place to stay.

The views out the front windows were incredible. The location was great. It is an easy walk to town. We saw 15 javelinas in the backyard one night. It has a hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Jim and Kathy made up a folder with laminated pages with lots of ideas on things to do and how everything works in the house. It is a high end rental with a high cost but well worth what you get for the money. Being able to walk to town and having spectacular views of fed rock formations out every window was very special.

Trevor’s place is perfect he’s a very helpful host he made adjustments to my stay quickly. The house had plenty of parking for our work trucks. Safe area lots to do and great places to eat. You will enjoy Trevor’s place.

The place is quiet, felt safe, and close to downtown. We had a great and comfortable stay. The carpet could use some deep cleaning.

Martin and Kerstin’s mountain hut is an absolute dream nestled in the forest—perfect for stargazing, forest bathing, and soaking in nature’s beauty. Our weekend hikes in Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and Antelope Canyon were unforgettable, especially with the unexpected heavy snow in April, which made everything feel even more magical. Words can’t express how much we enjoyed our one-month stay. Truly a surreal and special experience!

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

The home was clean, cozy and perfect for 7 of us. The hot tub was amazing after a day at Snowbowl. And, the owners were kind enough to have a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. Overall the house was perfect for us and very close to downtown Flagstaff. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great hosts - reached out in advance with clear instructions combined with recommendations for local dining. Very responsive and house was very clean with the added bonus of snacks in the kitchen which were great after a long ride! Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay was amazing! We instantly felt right at home, and the nature that surrounded us was extremely calming. We have small children and our host had so many fun extra toys to play with. There were many extra touches in the home that we appreciated. Mj and Elizabeth were responsive and very kind. I recommend this place to anyone, especially extended stays.

Staying here felt like a high-end resort! It was our first AirBnB experience, and the home was modern, spotless, welcoming, and comfortable. The views from the patio were the icing on the cake and our pups loved the fenced yard.

Beautiful views! Beds comfortable, bed linens very nice. The patio jacuzzi spa (hot tub) & indoor electric fireplace were great (we did not use the outdoor fore pit table). Everything inside the place is spotlessly clean & the place is quite roomy. Quiet area. TV (Roku) in the master bedroom was much appreciated. Coffee bar in kitchen with a Kuerig! Uptown Sedona is about 25-30 min drive from Cottonwood due to traffic snarls as you enter Uptown Sedona. Nic's Italian Steakhouse, Belfry Brewing & Merkin Vineyard Hilltop Winery were all good experiences in Cottonwood. However, the Winery has no dedicated "tasting room". You can taste at patio bar or at your table. The view is phenomenal, don't miss enjoying a glass of wine here. We did wine at sunset & the colorful hills & mountains so pretty. The food at the Winery was tasty & they make their own fresh pasta! Be advised, the Winery menu is ala carte. We loved our stay at this Cottonwood Airbnb, would recommend & hope to return!

The stay was wonderful! The beds were comfy, the shower was fully stocked, the kitchen had snacks for us! We didn’t get to use the kayaks but they were accessible which is a great feature! It was an easy drive to everywhere. If we ever come back we’ll definitely choose to stay here again.
