Bird and wildlife friendly yard so expect "interesting" surroundings. Eco friendly. People from all walks of life are welcome here. Fifth wheel RV .;) For starters we have cats that will greet you. They love attention. Has a king bed, kitchen with all essential and bathroom provided. Living room has an electric fireplace. There is tv in both living room, bedroom and outside with fire stick The bull frog HOT TUB is awesome. This spring we will be welcoming our new ducks , chickens and piglets. Great views of the Sierra Nevada's.

Every guest we have has absolutely loved it and found this little gem to be very comfortable, peaceful and rejuvenating!
