had a wonderful stay for an amazing price, place was very spacious, we were able to get a rollaway cot so each of our kids could have their own bed. had a beautiful pool and the free laundry was great, as well as stuff for the kids with the pool and ping pong table. The drive was very easy into San Diego to do all the activities we wanted, but nice places to eat very close. was a short walk to the beach but there was a lot of stairs to get down to the beach, took about 8 minutes at a normal pace. would book this place again if I came to the area.

Excellent hosts and SUPER supportive. Had to move mid stay but was easy enough. Location is excellent to not only walking distance to local restaurants and shops, but also to beach. There for horse show so ideal. Units on the older side, but otherwise GREAT!

This location was fantastic. Everything was as described and we were so happy with our stay. As listed in the postings, the people trying to sell timeshares are VERY pushy but we had our 2 and 4 year old with us so we just remained very stern with the fact that we weren’t interested and kept walking away until they stopped. Beautiful room with a lot of walkable restaurants and so close to the beach! We loved it.

we had a great time at Kim's place! the unit was very spacious! walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. we drove to Legoland one of the days and it wasn't far at all. we hope to be back again soon!

We played a few golf courses in the San Diego area and our stay was perfect! Great location, amenities and the rooms were spotless. Will stay again if ever in the area!

Fantastic stay! The home was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The host was flexible and allowed a last-minute addition to our reservation. That was helpful over a holiday weekend.

It was a decent stay, clean and accurate descriptions. The beds are nice and comfy. Only real issue was the main dining table, it was not sturdy at all and felt as if it would break down any minute. We weren't able to find a pool table, maybe we just didn't look everywhere, but instructions would have been nice. Overall was a good stay, the place was nice and comfy for a short stay.

This place had everything you’d want. We had five adults and one kid. Complimentary coffee and tea, amazing location…. Will stay here again.

After our travel plans fell through, Kim saved the day by setting us up with accomodations during opening weekend at the Del Mar Racetrack. The resort was fantastic and had all the amenities we could ask for and more. Don't hesitate - just book it!

We’ve stayed at another of this host’s property previously. It’s clean, convenient, quiet, and comfy for visits to family. He is quick to respond to questions. Easy check in & easy check out. Obviously, would stay again.

What an incredible stay for us! The space was amazing and very clean and comfortable. The location was perfection with so much to do nearby and close to freeway to get anywhere. The amenities were terrific and we enjoyed the pool, gym and free laundry. Highly recommend Kim’s place! We will be back!

Second time around staying here! This time we enjoyed the amenities with playing billiards and ping pong in their game room. Property is nice and clean and matched description perfectly. It was a very nice getaway. Next time we’ll take advantage of the pool and jacuzzi!
