Meine Frau und ich vermieten dieses zentrale und moderne Apartment. Zentraler geht es nicht: ihr schlaft im Museumsviertel, fußläufig zwischen Uni, der Innenstadt und dem Englischen Garten! Direkt in der Maxvorstadt gelegen, dem pulsierenden Univiertel der Stadt ist es umgeben von den besten Studentencafes, Bars, Restaurants und Shops. Die bekanntesten Museen Münchens sind ebenfalls direkt nebenan. Gleichzeitig geht es zu Fuß in 5 min. direkt zum Odeonsplatz und der Innenstadt Münchens.

Kitchen, bathroom, & pantry with washing machine. Parties, smoking not allowed. Free parking in the building only on request when booking, later only a paid parking space is available. The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.

Die Wohnung wurde 2019 komplett saniert und neu ausgestattet. Sie liegt im Herzen der Maxvorstadt, umzingelt von schönen Cafés, kleinen Boutiquen, Restaurants und Bars. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Englische Garten, Odeonsplatz oder der Marienplatz sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt ein modernes Bad. Die Betten sind super bequem und bieten Platz bis zu 5 Erwachsenen Menschen. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und bietet alles was man so braucht.

Die Wohnung liegt am nördl. Teil des engl. Gartens. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. In nur 7 min Fahrzeit ist man direkt in Schwabing und in nur 13 min am Marienplatz Zur Allianzarena sind es 2 Stationen. Das Messegelände MOC zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt, Bäcker, sowie einige Restaurants und Biergarten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche. Apartment Munich Center (Viktualienmarkt/City)

My Apartment is good for couples, solo adventure, Business traveler anf furry friends (pets). In a few minutes you are at Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz and German Museum. Smoking is prohibited! Meine Unterkunft (27 m²) ist gut für Paare, einzelne Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). In wenigen Minuten ist man am Viktualienmarkt (300 M.), Marienplatz (600 M.), Isartor (250 M.) und Deutschen Museum (600 M.). Rauchen ist verboten!

The location is perfect to explore the city and some pleasant alone time for couples.
