I would absolutely stay here again! The check-in process was smooth, and Michael was incredibly flexible and responsive to any questions we had. The directions to the property were clear and easy to follow. Although we didn't cook while we were there, the place had everthing you would need to host. The house comfortably accommodated all six of us for the night, and since the weather was beautiful, we spent much of our time enjoying the stunning backyard. The entire setup was absolutely perfect—couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Location was ideal for walking to all the shops and restaurants. House set up is good for two families.

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. I was very fortunate to find Sean’s place and luckily it was available. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Conway, NH along the Saco River. My daughter got married this weekend and I had booked a Airbnb in Fryeburg, ME over 8 months ago. Unfortunately, there were new owners and the place was not as advertised. I had to scramble and found Sean’s listing and received a response within minutes and I will be forever thankful. I am a host and a renter on Airbnb and I understand the value of making sure that the Airbnb experience is wonderful for both the host and guest. I was so impressed with Sean’s place and how much it made you feel at home 🏠. His place had everything you needed to have wonderful experience. It is host like Sean that makes Airbnb very special experience. My one regret is that I wished I had stay a few more days relaxing by the fire 🔥 pit. Highly recommend Sean’s place.

Paula’s was the perfect spot for a weekend trip with a group of friends for my birthday! It had plenty of sleeping spots for us and was very comfortable, and we really loved the hot tub. They were such responsive and communicative hosts as well, and offered us a flexible late check-out. Thank you!

My wife and I are so glad we booked Mandy’s house for our anniversary trip. If you are looking for a quiet & relaxing getaway, this is it! Salt & Pine is even more beautiful in person and in a great location. Not only is it set back from the street and surrounded by nature, it’s a short drive into the town of Ogunquit. Mandy did a fantastic job of stocking the house with everything you could need and we felt right at home. She is very responsive when it comes to questions, plus gives lots of recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you, Mandy!

Pine Place was an excellent choice as we were staying in the area for a baby shower . The home was cozy and beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable, and stocked with so many extra amenities. Alisha was a responsive and friendly host. They truly thought of everything and as a mom I really appreciate all the extras for kids that were stocked (toys, books, games, safety gate, booster seat, utensils/plates, and outdoor things) as well as the kitchen offerings, pantry extras, and bathroom supplies. The dock/kayaks weren’t in the water yet as it’s still early in the spring but my son did like walking to the pond. The hot tub was a relaxing part of the trip and we saw a deer in the beautiful backyard. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Bathrooms spacious. Only suggestion would be to bring a sound machine / fan for white noise as you can hear what’s going on between floors if you’re a light sleeper / have a child who goes to bed earlier. Would 100% recommend

Great place to stay. Golf trip for 16 guys and the house was big enough for everyone. Great location and the house was clean and ready to go.

Bella Bear Cabin was the perfect fit for our girls weekend. The fireplace made the space very cozy through all the rainy weather we had. Everyone loved the large hot tub. Beds were comfortable. The location of the cabin felt private, no neighbors too close. The property is a 25 minute drive from the outlets and restaurants in North Conway. We especially loved the master suite with the large bathroom and private deck. I’d definitely rebook this spot for a family gathering.

We had a wonderful time at Peter’s place! It was clean, comfortable and the view of the lake is gorgeous. We very much appreciate it being dog friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

this is absolutely a beautiful place. the hot tub was very clean and nice. The space was uniquely designed. The neighborhood was absolutely peaceful and beautiful. The cabin was spacious and very clean and as described. Great place to unwind. Lots of amenities. Will definitely come back and visit again.

Even though we had a gray and rainy weekend, our stay at Misty‘s cozy cottage No. 3 was fantastic. The rain provided a perfect backdrop for a lazy, relaxing cozy weekend, enjoying the fire pit between showers and soaking in the hot tub while unwinding. The cottage had everything you need for a minimalistic little getaway. Misty was great. Super polite, friendly and communicative. The perfect little getaway, we’ll be making the trip back in the future for sure. 😊

Gorgeous grounds and location for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway! David was very responsive and personable. The cabin is eclectic with something new and interesting in every corner.

The place was very cozy. Loved the deck, the hot tub and the porch swings down the hill. Nice private acres for a short walk. The game room kept the kids well occupied! Beds were a little soft for our liking and the house is small, but for a short get away it was lovely.

I stayed here with my 4 nephews from 6-12 years old and 8 adults for a family vacation. If you are looking for a great place to relax with family this is ideal. Also the fishing was phenomenal.
