Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The very small room is located on the top floor & offers top views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is best suitable for 1P. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (very narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

Our apartment is brand new. It is situated in our familly house, located in a quiet area of Seget Donji, 2 km from town of Trogir. It is newly renovated, spacious airy and bright, airconditioned. Everything in it is brand new. It has two bedrooms (beds 160x 200). One of them has its private bathroom with walk in shower, and TV set. Living and dining area with kitchen have access to terrace. The parking space is on our property. The nearest beach (Seget Donji) is 10 minutes by walk.
