Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Ortona

La location era stupenda, immersa nel verde, silenziosa, pulitissima. Barbara è stata davvero molto gentile e amichevole. Abbiamo fatto tappa con le moto e senza problemi abbiamo potuto parcheggiarle nella residenza. L’interno era super pulito, con tutti i comfort. Sicuramente ci ritornerei.

Giordano war ein super netter Host! Er stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft bietet alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten für einen Aufenthalt und ist gut gelegen.

Great location! Very close to all of the restaurants / shops & beach. Very spacious. Has 3 suites inside of the unit. Although we only needed one, it was nice having the space in the center of the city.

Everything was perfect - spotless, light and soacious on the 3rd floor with a lift. Annalisa was very welcoming. Easy scenic walk into town to heaps of restaurants. Easy to park on street nearby

Sehr zentrales und sehr sauberes Apartment. Alles hat super geklappt - einfacher Check in und einfache Kommunikation.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni presso la struttura. Casa a due passi dal mare e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Francesco è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

Una vera sorpresa...un appartamento molto molto bello e pulito,la posizione ottima per raggiungere le spiaggie ma soprattutto l'accoglienza di Alessia da 10 e lode,lo consiglio vivamente.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Ho scelto questo appartamentino per far soggiornare i miei genitori e con le mie zie e si sono trovati davvero bene! Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e arredati con gusto, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. La posizione è comoda. Pulizia impeccabile e dotato di tutto il necessario. Sehr hilfsbereit. Das Appartment war ziemlich neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Sehr ruhig (hinreichend weit zurückgesetzt von der Straße), und super Blick von der Rückseite des Hauses. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Location perfetta, veramente vicina al centro storico di Sulmona. Pierluigi è stato un ottimo host, gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Tappa obbligatoria se si passa da Sulmona.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. Ottima struttura, pulitissima, accogliente, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Chieti. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibilissima. Consiglio vivamente la struttura!

Una vacanza vista bellezza. Una casa perfetta per comitive numerose grazie a spazi ampi, curati nel minimo dettaglio. Dalle grandi finestre entra luce dall’alba al tramonto e la cucina vivibile è il cuore pulsante della casa. La vista panoramica lascia davvero senza fiato. Le camere al piano di sopra sono davvero accoglienti, l’unica pecca è la poca luce in quelle al piano inferiore. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno, un plus importantissimo per più famiglie o gruppi di amici. Barbecue, piscina, tavoli da biliardo e tavolo da Ping pong sono la ciliegina sulla torta, che hanno reso questa casa assolutamente indimenticabile. Ovviamente super consigliata.

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

Antonio e Simona sono host fantastici! Premurosi e attenti ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato bevande fresche nel frigo, una casa davvero bella, completa di ogni confort e dagli spazi ampi e pulitissimi. Letti molto comodi, scelta di cuscini tra differenti tipologie, detersivi per l’igiene personale e della casa. Bellissimo il terrazzo che gira intorno alla struttura e garantisce una casa fresca anche senza l’utilizzo del condizionatore, comunque presente e funzionante nell’alloggio. La comodità del posto auto sul lungomare e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia che gli host mettono a disposizione, rappresentano un ulteriore graditissimo plus. Una menzione d’onore va alla disponibilità, alla gentilezza, all’accoglienza di Antonio, Simona e delle loro splendide figlie: abbiamo passato due settimane nella loro casa e siamo stati trattati come amici di vecchia data, non come ospiti. Li porteremo sempre nel cuore. Consigliamo davvero la loro casa. Noi torneremo di certo

Siamo stati da Pierino per una settimana. L'appartamento è piccolino ma dispone di tutti i comfort. Il signor Rino, che ci ha accolto, è una persona eccezionale. Hanno viaggiato con noi anche i nostri due cani, che sono stati gentilmente accolti dai proprietari. Molto comodo l'ampio parcheggio privato a pochi passi dall'abitazione. Torneremo sicuramente!

We had a great two week stay in this centrally located apartment. Parking was easy, so was checking in . The amenities in the two storey flat were as described on Airbnb‘s site. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with a large dining table, there was also a comfortable lounge (we didn’t really use it though), but the highlight must’ve been the rooftop terrace. Up there, it was possible to sit and have drinks and snacks whilst looking out the sea, and would’ve been possible to have a grill and eat dinner up there, too. The washing machine worked well and drying clothes on the roof, was extremely effective - no need for tumbler. We had a couple of small issues upon arrival, but these were dealt quickly and effectively - and in a very friendly manner - by our hosts. As said, we had a very pleasant stay, and will be using the flat again (if possible), if we return to the picturesque town of Vasto and need an Airbnb. :-)

Wir waren zu dritt über ein langes Wochenende dort und für diesen Zweck war es perfekt. Direkt am Strand. Das Wetter war schön, sodass wir auch Anfang Mai ein paar Runden schwimmen konnten. Highlight war die Aussicht aus dem Balkon. Ich würde aber empfehlen, mit Auto anzureisen bzw. vor Ort eines zu mieten. Wir hatten kleine Schwierigkeiten, mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln dorthin zu gelangen. Der Flughafen ist zwar ca. 15km entfernt, wir haben aber über eine Stunde gebraucht. Ohne Sprachkenntnisse konnten wir auch leider kein Taxi bestellen, da die Kommunikation generell schwierig war. Insgesamt hatten wir aber ein schönes entspanntes Wochenende mit viel Sonnenschein.

I was extremely happy with 100% of the experience and will do it again and again! Excellent people, place and Vasto is an amazing place! My kind of town, my kind of people running this air BB! Thank you very much!!!!
