Das in Holzbauweise neu gebaute Chalet wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im März 2024 fertiggestellt. Es wurde im modernen Stil errichtet und erfüllt höchste energetische Anforderungen. Der Weg vom eigenen Parkplatz, durchs Haus, bis zur überdachten Veranda mit neuem, elektrisch beheiztem Whirlpool wurde ebenerdig gestaltet. Innen können Sie es sich mit dem Holzofen und der eigenen Sauna (kostenfrei) gemütlich machen . Der Nationalparkradweg wunderschöne Wanderrouten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Chalupa U Čmeláka

Nadstandardně vybavená chalupa pro všechny, kteří mají rádi panenskou přírodu a přesto si rádi dopřejí luxusní ubytování. K dispozici je prostorná zahrada, kde se nachází pergola s terasou. V případě nepříznivého počasí můžete posedět ve společenské místnosti s krbem. Zažijte relax v koupacím sudu s vířivkou s jedinečným výhledem (za příplatek). Koupací sud je umístěn venku a je v provozu od 1. března do 31. října (podle aktuálních teplot). Neumožňujeme ubytování s domácími mazlíčky.

Chata Simterka

Chata Šimterka je po celkové rekonstrukci a modernizaci. Bezprostředně u chaty se nachází plavecký bazén, ve spodní části areálu se poté nachází parádní finská sauna. Řeka Otava je ve vzdálenosti cca 100 m od chaty. V přízemí chaty se nachází plně vybavená kuchyňská linka, dále obývací část s rozkládacím gaučem (2 lůžka) a koupelna s WC a sprchovým koutem. V prvním patře se nachází ložnice se 4 lůžky (1x manželská postel, 2x jednolůžko). Součástí chaty jsou dvě krásné terasy.

Malý Dům & Sauna s Výhledem / 30 minut od Prahy

Užijte si pobyt v malém moderním domku s úchvatným výhledem na skalnaté údolí řeky Vltavy, nacházejícím se v lese na skále, přímo nad ostrovem sv. Kiliána, kde byl v roce 999 založen jeden z prvních mužských klášterů v českých zemích. Vyhrazené místo na parkování a autobusová zastávka je 5 minut chůzí z kopce po pěšině. Možno absolvovat mnoho výletů po okolí - Vyhlídka Máj, Pikovická jehla, vodní nádrž Slapy nebo jen obyčejná procházka v místním lese.

Hledejte po lesích svůj ztracený klid, přečtěte si knížku, na kterou už dlouho nemáte čas, popíjejte kávu na verandě bez nutnosti dívat se na hodinky a svoji pravidelnou sestavu jógy odcvičte pro změnu na břehu rybníka. Nebo chatu vyměňte za svůj okoukaný home office a pusťte se do věcí, na které se ve městě nemůžete soustředit.

At the cottage there is a beautiful peace connected to nature. There is a beautiful view of the river from the terrace. You can spice up your pleasant moments with a barbecue. The surroundings encourage you to take a walk in the forest, pick mushrooms or visit a monument I can arrange fishing permits for fishermen. For children, there is a sandpit, a swing, toys and a large space for running. Easy heating system.
