We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is clean and comfortable, with a lovely redwood tree in the back yard. It is very close to Henry Cowell State Park and the beautiful trails there. Felton's lovely downtown is close by as well. Tim was very nice and helpful. We highly recommend staying with Tim and Kathy!

Amazing location near the beach and beautiful home. We especially loved the backyard and patio. The hammock was so comfortable and the boche ball court with sand toys were a hit with our family. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Amazing location and such a cozy home! It was a little chillier than expected in Carmel, so it was nice to be able to hang out in such a comfortable space. My only complaint was that the doors made so much noise when you open/close them. Normally, not a big deal at all, but I had my baby with me so nap/bedtime was a little tricky (lol). Still worth the stay and I would stay here again!

We are frequent air bnb travelers. Dean’s place exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing, the house clean & well stocked. There were 4 of us and one child. The sleeping situation worked well. The view out the front window was incredible. We could have sat all day and watched the ocean, but we also walked to nearby restaurants, rented bikes, ran the Big Sur Race, and checked out the Tide Pools. Thank you for sharing this incredible home. We hope to return!!

If your looking for a rural peaceful place with beautiful views , piece full surroundings with all the amenities this is the spot. We had a great time!

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Great place to stay with kids (even though there is a stairway, so you may have to keep an eye on that). Place is great and has the right amount of things for kids to play with (sometimes it might be too much so kids can create a mess, but it's not the case here. Def place to consider for staying again.

This apartment was perfect. Everything about it was excellent. The amenities were superb, beds and linens were top notch, the kitchen well stocked, and very clean. Highly recommended! Parking was great. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants. It has two matching bedrooms and baths, perfect for two couples. Great showers as well. Awesome place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Susanne’s place. The surroundings were beautiful and it’s in a quiet location. It was around a 30 minute walk into the centre of Carmel from the property- the local beaches are stunning! Susanne’s property is just like the pictures and we had everything we needed.

I loved my stay at Pajaro Dunes. The only thing you could hear was the ocean. Easy beach access for long walks. Not crowded. Lovely space. Exactly what I needed!

It was a dreamy experience for us. Had a really cozy experience. Jeffrey was super responsive, he got back to us even we booked after check in hours as a last minute change. He drove in shortly and let us inside. Definitely recommend for such an experience.

Ben's place was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in Santa Cruz. it's clean, quiet and comfortable and centrally located, so easy to get to everything. The space is very true to the pictures, the kitchen is fully functional with good appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils for easily eating in. There are thoughtful touches throughout the house and Ben is friendly and communicative while also respectfully honoring his guests space. We felt safe and comfortable and would absolutely recommend Ben's place as well as stay here again.

We loved staying at Jane's beautiful home. The place was super comfortable, spacious and clean. The ocean views from the living room were amazing. The outdoor fire pit was a great touch, and we'd often sit out there at night listening to the waves and the harbor seals resting on the beach. Jane is a great host, proactive and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It felt like home from the start, and the location was perfect, we had everything walking distance. We definitely recommend this beautiful home for a family vacation!

This is my second stay here and it is a wonderful place to stay. The location, amenities, beautiful kitchen, and assigned parking are what keeps me coming back! Barnaby was easy to reach to troubleshoot any issues. The most perfect location in Capitola, there is also a cute delicious coffee shop/bakery just steps away! Definitely stay here if you get the chance to.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and well-maintained, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the experience. On top of that, the host was outstanding—extremely responsive and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. The home was clean and very spacious. I was concerned about the cold weather but the house was so cozy. The pool was so close to us and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful. I loved that the home was so close to the water and we could hear the waves crashing. Everything about the home was amazing.

Although our trip was a short weekend trip, Nick’s place suited all our needs and had a lot to space to accommodate our party. If we return to that area in the future, we would definitely book again. Thank you.

They responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a perfect trip. The unit is a beautiful, well equipped condo with spectacular ocean front views. We will definitely visit again and stay with PowerWest.

We've been coming to Seascape for over 20 years now and this was one of the better locations for our family. It had grass access and beautiful ocean views. The kids loved the little seating area. Overall the location and space was everything we needed and more.

I rented this house to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was such a beautiful, well sized space. The views were gorgeous and the accommodations were unique and perfect for what we needed. Overall such an amazing stay and would definitely consider coming back again.
