1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

(4 queen beds). 2 comfortable couches that could be used for kids to sleep on if more sleeping arrangements were needed. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets… Beautiful, and immaculately maintained. Driveway will accommodate multiple cars. Located between Paducah and the lakes. 12 miles to the sports park. 15 minutes to the mall, or to Kentucky and Barkley lakes.
