Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. The perfect holiday place!

Villa Aurum with sauna and gym

This villa surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² pool is filled with salt water. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

The old town is about 7 minutes walk away from the house, and the nearest beach is about 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Feel free to ask us about anything you are interested in, we will be more that happy to respond. We can also provide you with our own homemade olive oil, and vegetables straight from our garden.

We are renting a studio apartment in the heart of old town Rab, surrounded by medieval walls and four bell towers that represents the island. There is a beach near the house, viewpoint on the town with the beautiful park and many historical sights worth seeing.
