It sits on a well lit, tree lined street in one of the most desirable streets of Federal Hill (location is everything in Baltimore). There are dozens of popular bars and restaurants for night life. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in Baltimore and the surrounding neighbors are extremely friendly, most of whom are families. Check-in is via a door keypad, so no need to worry about coordinating your schedule for a key exchange. I live in California but my co-owner/host lives just a couple blocks away. I am always available to answer questions and am highly responsive via text/call and Airbnb message Federal Hill is considered one of the most convenient and walkable neighborhoods in all Baltimore, with this well-lit, tree lined street one of its most desirable. The maximum amount of people allowed on the property at any given time is 10. I reserve the right to ask for a valid form of identification at the time of check-in. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.
