Our one bedroom house is just off the Tennessee River at Cypress Creek it’s 3 miles from Mouse Tail Landing State Park. We are 7 miles from Parsons Tn were you can find restaurants groceries etc. There’s a fresh Tennessee River catfish restaurant just across the bridge 5 minutes away. We are in a great location with several things to do from boating fishing hiking kayaking . Also the Buffalo River is close by. Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is a short 50 minutes away where they have several events .

Welcome to River Run Cottage! Our 280 acre farm has views of the beautiful Duck River Valley & has 3 mi. of private river frontage. Nearby, we also have many more nature areas to explore. First things first though, let’s get you all settled in so you can begin your adventure!

Cozy Pine Log Home

We hand built this 2400 sq.ft home/cabin with local, pine logs, straight out of our wonderful wooded Tennessee hills. We did most of the work and designing on this and were able to put a personal touch to the work inside and out . We would like to invite you to come and enjoy it. Relax in a comfortable cedar rocker on the covered wrap around porch and if you're quiet you might glimpse deer ,or any other of the many kinds of wildlife.
