Our cute 2 bedroom cottage, a part of Mihaila Seaside Village, locates just 50 m from picturesque Spartia beach offering 2 bedrooms, living room with an open-plan kitchen, glassed-in veranda, bathroom with WC/shower and lovely green yard around. It is designed for 4-6 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other - 2 single beds. On the veranda, there is 1 more single bed, where the 5th guest can quite comfortably settle down. Our cute cottages Mihaila Seaside Village will let you have an amazing vacations in Kefalonia island, Greece. A beautiful beach that is only about 40 m away, will surprise you with its clear, warm waters and picturesque coastline. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, leaving room with well-equipped kitchen, outside shower. Nice veranda will allow you to spend great time with your beloved. The shaded parking place is big enough for the cars of all our guests. We offer FREE airport transfer on arrival.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

Specifically, Villa Tranquility is a Brand - New(2024) state-of-the-art stone made villa offering a great many amenities a modern villa can offer. The 132 m2 Villa Tranquility can accommodate up to four (4) guests in two bedrooms with en - suite bathrooms and two sofa in the living room. An extra shared bathroom is available at the ground floor.

The house is just outside of the village of Pessada, Kefalonia Isl. (Ionian Islands, western Greece). Leaving from the village of Pessada, the central road are leading you to the small port of Pessada (Kefalonia), where a F/B twice a day serves to connect with Ag. Nicolas port (Zante Isl.) There are signs and as you approach to the Port you will find on R/H a sign "Villa Gaia" which leads to the house. Nearby house there are two cute beaches where you can reach them by foot (500m.)
