We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Vi njöt av våra dagar i Albas boende och vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka. Otroligt vacker omgivning, väldigt fint och välstädat boende och otrolig service av värdinnan. Ett boende som passar både barnfamiljer, par på genomresa och de som vill bo en längre period i det vackra Toscana.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The place was cosy and had enough space for two people. It's perfect for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The host was very responsive and hospitable, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Daniella ! Il était confortable, bien équipé et au cœur du centre ville tout en étant accessible à pied depuis la gare. Idéal pour visiter La Spezia et les Cinque Terre !

Giuseppe and Margherita's place were one of the best places we've stayed. We were welcomed with a wonderful homemade pie and more. The place were spotless and big. The balconies were a bonus. Very close to the old city.

Vraiment dommage que nous puissions pas mettre 6 étoiles. Nous avons fait un séjour d une semaine en famille. Et nous avons eu l impression justement d être en famille avec un acceuil tout simplement génial. Claudia était au petit soin pour nous. Vraiment je vous recommande la mirandola. Nous espérons y revenir un jour.

Logement proche de l’aéroport, de la gare et du centre-ville. Tout y est parfait ! L’appartement est au calme et bien équipé. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Daniela est très disponible, prend des nouvelles et donne des conseils de visites, de restaurants ou autres. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

L’appartamento è spazioso e confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ordine e pulita al nostro arrivo. Non siamo stati accolti di persona, ma abbiamo sempre ricevuto pronta risposta e indicazioni precise da Marek.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sarah's apartment in Portovenere. From the moment we booked, Sarah was friendly, approachable and always quick to respond to any questions or queries that we had. Making the whole experience smoot and stress-free. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, comfortable and perfectly located, with absolutely stunning views of the bay. Waking up to that view every morning was a real highlight of our stay. The location was ideal for fully exploring not just Portovenere but La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. However, because it is slightly tucked away from the main village it was peaceful enough to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. What made our stay even more special was Sarah's invitation to lunch at her vineyard on the bank holiday. It was a unique and memorable experience. It really showed how much care and attention Sarah puts into making her guests feel welcome. We highly recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back.

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento è stato semplicemente perfetto, super fornito di qualsiasi comodità che possa tornar utile per far sentire l'ospite come a casa, pulizia impeccabile e Nicoletta sempre disponibile, precisa nelle comunicazioni e super gentile nell'averci fatto trovare, al nostro arrivo, dei pensieri di benvenuto sia per noi adulti (vino chianti con due calici!!) e sia per le nostre piccole . sicuramente in futuro se decideremo di tornare dalle parti di Viareggio, sapremo dove andare!! appartamento e host super consigliati!!!

Francesca takes pride in her apartment. She lives next door, too. The apartment is well outfitted. The washer_dryer is a great addition. the walk-in shower is terrific. There is a loose outlet in the bathroom. what a great kitchen with great finishes. The appliances are all in excellent condition and clean; even a toaster. There are potholders, plastic wrap, foil. Francesca has done a great job as host.

une personne très gentille et à l'écoute, elle parle très bien français et nous a trés bien conseillé pour trouver un restaurant. Elle a offert à notre fille une petite poule et des chocolats car c'était le weekend de Pâques, une charmante attention et avait préparé un panier pour notre chien.Bref nous avons été très bien accueillis.Quant au logement, il est très spacieux, bien aménagé, il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut, il ne manque rien. L'environnement est très calme et il y a de belles balades à faire. Je recommande chaudement !

Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben und sehr geräumig. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten genug Platz. Sie liegt ca 5 Min vom Bahnhof entfernt und ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Fußgängerzone, wo es viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte gibt. Guido hat uns direkt ein paar Empfehlungen für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Die 5 terre selbst sind in der Hochsaison extrem überlaufen und man gibt viel Geld für Zugticket und Wanderwege aus. Es gibt jedoch sehr schöne Alternativen. Danke Guido für deine Tipps!
