L’attico che è dotato anche di una terrazza con vista sui tetti di Roma, è ubicato in un antico palazzo del 1600, sprovvisto di ascensore. Non è consigliato quindi per ospiti anziani o con ridotta mobilità perché ci sono molti gradini per raggiungere il quarto piano.

¡Excelente comunicación! La nueva línea C del metro (a 20 m del apartamento) lleva al Coliseo en 3 paradas. La línea A del metro está a 5 minutos. La Basílica de San Giovanni está a 5 minutos a pie. La zona peatonal de Pigneto está a 7-8 minutos a pie. La calle es tranquila, pero está cerca de todos los servicios (restaurantes, bares, supermercados, farmacias). La terraza de 30 metros cuadrados es agradable tanto en verano como en invierno está perfecta para disfrutar el aire libre.
