About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it. So, if you are looking for nature, relaxing, reading, hiking etc... join us.

La plaza principal y la estación central están a pocos minutos a pie. Un balcón, una plaza de aparcamiento privada y la vista al Schlossberg son aspectos especialmente destacados. queda a doce minutos de la estacion de tranvia y el tren ,hay dos grandes centros comerciales dentro de cinco minutos con carro y al centro de graz con carro diez minutos y al aeropuerto cinco kilometros. La habitacion tiene en verano temperaturas agradable. Los hospuedes pueden usar tambien la terrassa. Hay un possibilidad de un poco futbol con pequenos goles en el jardin afuera de la casa. Teneomos tambien la possibilidad de alquilar 1 o 2 bicicledtas.

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
