You’ll have the Entire 500sq ft Cottage & private entry, deck/dock, all to yourself. Located on a 37-acre private ski lake. Key-pad entry, private parking. 1 king bed, 1 bath, queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV’s, blackout curtains,shampoo,conditioner,hairdryer,WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

This second story studio is on our homes property. It has a Queen bed, bathroom and kitchen. It is nestled in the historic area of Lakeland, one block in from The "Frank Lloyd Wright" designed Florida Southern college, tours are available! Our Cobblestone streets take you to our neighborhood restaurants, the art museum, library, Hollis garden, we are between two lakes-Hollingsworth it has a great walking/running path, and Lake Morton a bird paradise. All within walking distance.

Peace and quiet on a small country farmstead. Off the beaten path yet conveniently located halfway between Disney World and Clearwater Beach. Historic Plant City, famous for their strawberry farms, has a cute downtown area with antique shops, bistros and cafes. Relax on your private back deck overlooking our organic vegetable garden. Say good morning to a variety of birds (including welcoming our newest chicks) living on the property and goats, cows and horses living nearby.

King size private master suite 5 minutes from I4.

Master Suite complete with king size bed, private entrance, refrigerator, microwave, full size bath with dual vanities and walk in closet. Out back is a huge porch w/couch & two rockers. The fridge comes stocked with soda and water. There's a 55" TV with cable and wifi. The room is secluded from main living area with private access. Guest will have full privacy during stay. Our home is located 5 minutes from I4, HCC Plant City & Downtown Plant City in a Gated community.

This 1920’s 1 bedroom 1 bath lakefront historic cottage is separate from the main house with its own entrance, parking, front porch & beach. The queen bed and large couch sleeps 3 adults. Only 1 mile from Southeastern University and 3 miles to Florida Southern College. Kayaks, pedal boat, and fishing poles and tackle are provided for your enjoyment. Come unwind and enjoy the lake views from the hammock and private beach!

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
