The perfect size for a solo traveler or couple, Casa Lucie has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A queen bed with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with hot water (not that you'll need it!), and a fully equipped kitchen complete with dining area. Outside walk straight to the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and store your boards, bags, and more!

The property is located in a private gated community with a couple of food options right around the corner. Santa Maria beach is just a short walk away, less than a mile down a dirt road.

We invite you to stay at “El Escondite” aka The Hideout. This brand new beachfront retreat offers 4 spacious suites. This suite is the most exclusive and comfortable of them all. The apartment is the entire second floor and features your own private patio with kitchen, dining area, comfortable furniture and hammocks. Inside there are sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people! On the lower level there is a large pool and patio, shared only with guests staying in our suites.

Come enjoy a relaxing stay at our unique air-conditioned, Studio Casita with private bath and covered outdoor kitchen. Go for long walks along uncrowded beaches and play in the warm ocean, or chill out in a hammock or loungers. For our active guests, there is surfing, paddle boarding, boogey boarding, kayaking tours, fishing, volcano sandboarding, rum distillery tours, and horseback rides. Holly's Boom House, short walk to surf!

This is a spacious open floor plan house - 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus office. There is a gated courtyard and elevated coffee sipping, cocktail enjoying, yoga deck. Safe, secure, private. Located 250m South of Punta Aposentillo and 250m north of the world class surf break ‘the boom'. The property is in a gated community. There is an onsite caretaker to help with anything you need. He also does ding repair and shoots photos/videos if you need! His wife is a massage therapist too!

The Boom Oasis-Punta Aposentillo

The Boom Oasis is your destination for a northern Nicaragua vacation. Available November- April. You’ll be greeted each morning with the sunrise, ocean waves and birds song. Located on the Boom Beach and the point of Aposentillo, if you choose to not surf, you have direct access to the point for fishing and shell hunting. All sleeping areas have AC and fans for a great nights sleep. 3.5 bathrooms, ocean front pool with Rancho for the perfect outdoor living experience.
